No address street number on booking.com listing, after phone calls with management suite in London a keyholder named Reece came for let us in who was actually very polite and well mannered unlike the chap on the phone.
Apartment not cleaned, food in sink and worktop. Radiator hanging on floor and not fixed to wall. Spoke to operator in London on the phone who was extremely rude and came across dishonest, he continued to push me for £200 security deposit which I did not feel comfortable paying as it did not say this anywhere on booking.com who are the trusted intermediary I booked through.

After the chap on the phone reluctantly agreed to refund us 20% for no cleaning of apartment when went to unpack and found cocaine in the shelf of the bed top in the first bedroom, luckily we don’t have kids but this was still not what we expected to see and il will be complaining to booking. Com for full refund after this extremely uncomfortable and uneasy experience we had to go through.

"Grosvenor st"

Grosvenor st, Cheltenham. Terrible stay. Ran out of electricity 3 times. It took 9 hours and 7 phone calls to get it reinstated the first time. Only one app installed on the smart tv (channel 4). Pot luck if you got a friendly sounding operator. Never received a call back as promised. The standard of the renovation to the appartment was abysmal with water damage to the dining area. Furniture was cheap and uncomfortable, and the upstairs neighbours were extremely noisy and inconsiderate. The decked patio was a death trap in the wet and covered in algae and vines. Absolutely would NOT recommend this company. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

Lovely apartment in Birmingham. Had a few issues but they were resolved quickly by the team. Beats a hotel as I prefer to cook my own food instead of relying of take out .

Great little apartment, excellent location, rates were fantastic.
Would stay again.
Couple of things to point out. Blinds could use some maintenance, and there were zero kitchen towels or wipes of any kind. Being able to wipe the kitchen counters is a must.
