"I wished I didn’t have new radiators…"

I wished I didn’t have new radiators and a switch for hot water near the tank, I’ve had a lot of trouble since having them installed. Last year I tried several times to telephone the company plus I wrote a letter which was sent back to me to complain, in May last year they gave me a date 23rd for someone to visit this date got changed to 25th May nobody came out. They didn’t bother to tell me why, bad communication, it all started to go wrong from when the clocks went back end of March 2024

Not stars for Sunflow, who have gone into administration, but to flag that I was still able to have mine fixed by an ex-Sunflow engineer. I got his details from Quantuma - the insolvency company handling Sunflow's affairs - and he still had the parts necessary to fix my radiator. He arrived on time and was able to sort the issue quickly, very helpful and professional. Was very glad to be able to get it fixed rather than worry about finding a replacement!
