"Terrible terrible experience"
Terrible terrible experience. I understand there is a pandemic but you cannot still accept orders and take peoples money if you are not going to deliver items!!! They do not reply to emails or you cannot speak to anyone as their mailbox is full. I am missing items from my order and want a refund. The items are too late, I ordered them over a month ago.

Avoid.....still waiting for my items to arrive....have tried to contact by phone and by email regarding delivery update ....neither have reponded....absolutely awful way to run a business. Opening refund case with PayPal in next 24 hours....reading the responses from this so called 'charlie '....i beg to differ their being a logistics issue as every decent company including small traders can manage to get their orders delivered.....so whats your excuse???..quick enough to take the money out my bank thou!!!!.wont waste my time again.they need closing down....appalling service.

Unfortunately the same problem as all the rest, order (G3235051), confirmed by Great art on 30 Jan, 5-8 days delivery promised, but no sign yet. Tried email, phoning and leaving a message, but no reply. Seeing all the other complaints I feel I have been scammed. I usually use another supplier, but was recommended Great art, what a mistake I have made.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. I placed order in January over 3 weeks and not arrived. No communication from seller even though I have emailed them several times, left countless voicemails. Never answer the phone. I have ordered from them for years but I won’t be again. I feel scammed. Will be on phone to my bank first thing for refund - clearly the goods are not going to arrive.

Order G3205342 Unfortunately I seem to be one of many who have not received their order from January ....
I have sent countless emails and phone messages all to no avail.
I could not believe it when a flyer arrived from GreatArt advertising up to 50% off in the Winter Sale, when they cannot even respond to me and tell me where my order is.....
It is very sad to resort to writing a bad review, but feel I have no alternative, as to not even be advised of the situation is not acceptable.....

"I WANT MY REFUND NOW"
I have not yet received the order I placed on the 16th and the 23rd of January 2021. I sent so many email and tried to call the customer service so many times and never got any response back. At this point this company is a scam or they have gone bust.
It’s a shame that I have to give them bad review as the only means to get in contact with them.

If I could score lower I would. Ordered a picture frame on the 26th December, chased on 18th Jan, given lame excuse and told it would be with me in 5-8 working days. Chased again when it didn't arrive (again), no response this time. Called them today, no answer obviously. Don't waste your time with them.

"The service in lockdown is shocking"
The service in lockdown is shocking. It took a month for half my order to arrive, no indication as to when the rest will come. Two emails were unanswered and they are not contactable by phone. They have sent a voucher because my order was delayed but what is the point of that when I am still waiting? I suggest buying art materials elsewhere. I will never use them again.

I used to absolutely love this shop, but ordered online in January and nothing! No phone answers, no online communication, no tracking numbers.
Update. Today I received a first pack of 2 from my order, so even I didn't get any responses to tracking, the orders are still on the way to you. So I changed my rating from 1 to 4.

"Shocking service, took my money, no goods"
Like everyone else in the reviews, I have been waiting weeks to receive my order from 18/01/2021. I paid £171 for goods that were in stock. I managed to get hold of someone last week who assured me the goods would be arriving today and that it was DHL fault (I have received plenty of other parcels from DHL recently!!?) They then said they would send the bits that came directly from the UK, paint tubes etc, and they have still not arrived a week later. I've waited 3 weeks for 3 tubes of paint, no other company does this, covid or not. I ordered 3 frames, which they now say are made in Germany and there have been delays. I would like to cancel my order now and get a full refund but CANNOT get through to anyone. Are they even still in business??
