"Great art but not so great service"
Great art but not so great service. I have placed an order which is past the delivery window and there is zero contact from their customer service despite sending emails asking for updates and tracking ref. It's beyond believe their shipping service is stuck in 90s. I can only say I wish I read reviews here before placing order. At this point I don't even know if I receive my order at all. Advertising that you deliver 7-10 days where clearly you don't judging by your customers experience is simply a scam and it requires reporting to regulatory body. At least be honest and state that order usually takes up to a month or longer to arrive.

"Slow and don't keep you informed"
Wish I'd read the reviews, didn't realise it was coming from Germany. Shockingly bad service, don't bother to give you tracking until you complain, and charging £6.95 for a large letter type package that they expect you to wait weeks for is outrageous. It remains to be seen if the product is any good, at this point it seems irrelevant given how bad the rest of the experience is.

10 working days and my order still nowhere to be seen ! I may as well drive 4h to London 30 times and back and it would still be much faster then this

there were mixed reviews, but not all bad so I ordered, big mistake, no item arrived, got hold of person on phone said he would email me when goods dispatched, no email, now only engaged tone when I ring, do not order from these people, No answer to my email either.

I'm trying to get through to Customer Services to check on an order. I'm getting a constant engaged tone. What kind of organisation is this that can't competently service a phone system? The products that this company sells are good but the delivery service is bad beyond belief.

I placed an order on 26/8 and nothing had been received by 9/9.
I tried many time for an hour to contact their sales/ customer relations team but every time I called I had the engaged signal.
They have a good web site and the prices are reasonable.
Their delivery in this day and age is significantly below what one has come to expect.
Not being able to speak to anyone rubs salt into the wound.

This company is a waste of time. I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before placing an order. My order did not turn up within the time I was told and when I asked for tracking details they kept giving me excuses. I then phoned the company and was told the item I purchased had not cleared customs and the item was not even in the country when I placed the order. I've asked for a full refund, who knows if I'll get the money back.

"Where's my order?"
I ordered a small selection of paints on 15th August and they still haven't arrived. The shipping time is ridiculous and expensive and certainly not worth what discounted price you pay for the materials. I would say don't bother using this mail order company, I won't be again.

Gone over the delivery window and still no tracking or contact back despite emailing and trying without success to call the company. I will not use again as it shouldn’t take this long!! No other company does! Just had to reorder a canvas that I need to start my painting and had to pay for next day so out of pocket now on this commission
