"still waiting for my order"

still waiting for my order. No answer on phone. I read hear that the orders are from overseas, which probably means China. No mention of this fact on web page or invoice. Will certainly not use again

"I have purchased some items from this…"

I have purchased some items from this company, not received yet. I was not aware that they are not despatched from the UK. I was informed it is on their web site, however, on searching the web site I can not find this information. Maybe tucked away some where in the very small print. Clearly not on the main web pages. I would not have purchased any items had I have know this fact.
When I rang the company due to no receipt of purchase and shipping information. I was informed items are despatched from a company over seas and it is on there web site. I expressed my disappointment in not having this knowledge before hand and 10/15 days for items in this day and age. The customers service operator said "fine" and put the phone down on me. Not the customer services one would except.

"Fantastic customer service, but logistics need improvement"

I knew upfront delivery will take up to 10 days, so I'm not bothered by the wait. GreatArt had the items I wanted at good prices, so I placed an order. What I wish they could improve is:

1) Send an email when the order is dispatched (I kept checking my online account until I see the dispatched status. Would be easier if they just do an auto email)

2) Share the tracking number once it's available (I believe the goods are dispatched from their German warehouse, then after arriving in the UK, will be delivered by DHL. DHL has a tracking number, it's just not shared with customer unless you ask.)

I contacted Customer Service asking about estimated delivery date / tracking number, and they replied promptly every time. After the package arrived, it was unfortunately missing something, and they quickly arranged replacement to be sent from the London store.

Very happy with their helpful team, but if GreatArt makes some small tweaks to their shipping process, customers will feel more relaxed during the wait & no need to bother Customer Service!

Really slow dispatch time and no clue as to delivery date. No idea about quality of items as they’re still not here yet… 9 days since spending £150 on their site and still nothing.

"Rubbish delivery times, no tracking "

Rubbish delivery times. No email tracking. My orders were made over 2 weeks ago and not a single email to say when they’ll arrive. I phoned them up and they were defensive and unhelpful.

"Good value, very slow delivery "

I come here after dealing with two packages moving through the system, from their warehouse in Germany.
Delivery is free, but I do wish there was a tracked option for when you have spent a lot of money.
Delivery is very slow. Allow three weeks.
Only order if the prices are really good.
Customer service on the phone is excellent. Kind and patient people who believe in the company.
My review is very positive reflecting value for money and customer service.

Order arrived well packaged and safely to the door by DHL. A bit later than hoped for, but at least they deliver to Northern Ireland and this time, for free. With best prices, all good thanks!

"A lot of the reviews seem to be…"

A lot of the reviews seem to be bothered about delivery time. If this is the case, they'd hate ordering from other sites with delivery dates longer than five working days.

Item was purchased, dispatched and received without a hitch. The only criticism I have, other than tracking, is the lack of email notification as to when an order has been dispatched. That feature would put people at ease.

I read the pretty grim reviews but they had the items I needed in stock there was no urgency and so I took a gamble and ordered. 5 x Copic neutral grey refills ng00-04.

They arrived at exactly 12 days and appear to have come from Germany via DHL. Postage was about a fiver.

The website was fine but the tracking never worked at all so you are a little blind as to whether its even been despatched. But the product arrived and were all spot on with the correct colours. So I cant really complain to much if at all.

I deducted one star as I agree with others that the delivery is expensive and tracking doesnt work. But the product was spot on and more importantly the items were in stock.

Would I use them again? certainly would I would always pay by credit card then if there is a problem your covered.

Excellent service!
Love this store, staff are always friendly and helpful.
Looking to purchase an airbrush, the lovely Manager was very patient & knowledgeable answering all of my questions.
Also, assisted with my purchases. The assistant that served me was really nice too!
Looking forward to my next visit!
