"Nothing received."
Ordered 17/2/21. Nothing arrived yet. Left messages and eventually got a call back. Apparently they think a it’s acceptable for the order to take over three weeks to arrive and I should keep waiting. It’s not acceptable. I could understand if there was a problem with the delivery method, but this seems to be their normal expected timescales. I won’t be using again.

I have tried calling, emailing and haven't heard a peep. Starting to get very fed up. You have £70 of of my money yet do not have the decency to update me about my placed order. Being busy during this period is NOT good enough, hire more staff or just close the business for good.
If I don't hear from you in the next few days I will be opening a small courts claim to resolve this.
Sort this out now please

I wish I had read these reviews earlier…
I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order in February 7. Not heard a peep, so emailed them yesterday and didn't even get an auto received response. Notice too that their Facebook posts haven't been updated since January, always a bad sign. Currently pondering my options.
I thought it only fair to update this review as the goods did arrive on February 27. I also received a phone call and email from them after posting on this site apologising for the delay. It was the lack of information and timely communication that caused greatest concern that will no doubt damage customer trust.

"The Long Wait"
On the 7th of January I ordered some much needed art supplies from Great Art which I was told could take up to 2 weeks to arrive but they took over 4! Then I found that one of the inks was unusable due to being dried up in the tube. After 3 emails (they don’t answer the phone) I finally was offered a replacement and told it would take 7-10 days. Still nothing after 13 days so emailed twice over the week before getting a reply saying it would be with me in 3 to 4 days which it finally was. So in total, that took me almost 7 weeks to get everything and it took numerous emails to get a simple order sorted. They need to put a warning of shortage of staff, or whatever is causing their problems, clearly on their website to give customers a choice if they want to wait that long or not.

"Still awaiting delivery for order on…"
Still awaiting delivery for order on 29/02/21. No response to emails and phone not even taking messages . Eventually they emailed to say problems with DHL. But tracking number not correct, so I have no way of knowing where/if the package is. Also, they claimed to have sent me £15 compensation voucher on 8th February- but they didn’t. Anyway I hadn’t at that point made a complaint. GA good stuff but struggling almightily

"Increased my rating"
Received an email response about damaged item confirming that it had been reordered. It arrived within the estimated 5-8 working days. It has, sort of, restored some of my confidence in the company so happy to increase my rating from two to three. Great Art still needs to sort out its communication with customers and provide tracking codes that work before I will feel fully confident to place a large/expensive order with them again.

"Non existing customer service. SHOCKING"
I waited 10 days for my delivery to finally arrive which is what I expected, but i didn't expect my delivery to arrive damaged and missing items. I've called numerous times and emailed but no response to any of them. Totally non existence customer service and when you send almost £200 with a company you expect it to be delivered usable. This is unacceptable and I want someone to contact me straight away.

I can see I am not alone here, I have placed an order on the 2nd Feb, waited and tried to contact the company many times. Bad customer service! Has the company shut down? Is there a way to ask for a refund?
@Charlie, thanks for your message. I have actually received the parcel today, 16th March ( ordered on the 2nd Feb) and it was delivered despite the refund I received. ehehe Is it Brexit?

I also went in person to collect at the store and it was all good...so I will give them a second chance!

I decided to use the voucher they offered me in compensation for my previous order which arrived about 1 month late, as I needed some stuffs but was not in a rush this time. It took 10 days and I'm really happy about the products, so thank you.

"Now in 5th week still no order"
Now in 5th week still no order. No one answers phone, told in an email mail parcel given to DHL on 3rd Feb, DHL say they have received nothing from them l need what l ordered, this is ridiculous, l will never use this company again. I have asked for a refund,
