Great service from Renan who tried to make sure that I tested that everything was right. Overall it took quite a long time to get the bike back, but I know it is due to a global shortage in components. Still I was informed at all times on the status of the repair.

The staff were very communicative by informing me of the process and any problems, I found using HAVEABIKE an asset I can use for convenience
I was never looking forward to taking my bike to shop and collect, it’s great to have it collected and delivered.
Theo the driver was considerate and courteous and informed me of times he was arriving.
I will have no problem recommending them my bike works a treat everything checked and oiled and greased and a service record.
Price didnt shock me was pleased with it.
