"Completely blown away by havebike"

Completely blown away by havebike. I put the bike in for a service, they did a thorough check on all parts and came back to me with recommendations. Where a fix was possible they chose to do that over a replacement to keep costs down. I also had a brake issue which 3 different high street repair shops failed to fix, and these guys shrugged it off like it was easy. Bike was delivered back to my door within 72 hours (by a very friendly Renan) and it looks like I just wheeled it out of the showroom. Thanks a lot guys.

Brilliant service - love the convenience, but it is quite expensive. Went for the top range service and spent another £75 on parts then when bike was returned the stand was still stiff. Would still use again though

Efficient and friendly service. Not all parts in stock, so refunded the relevant amount and returned bike quickly.

Would recommend for quality of service, convenience and transparency around work required/pricing. Driver (Renan) turned up at agreed time for both collection and drop-off and was friendly and courteous on both occasions. Although not necessarily cheap, you get an itemised list of potential work with pricing and an indication of whether it is required for road worthiness or more of a recommendation that parts are worn and could do with replacing.

"Hassle"

Worst company to deal with. Customer service (not all of them) so rude and just a no care attitude. if you unable to sit at home all day to have your bike collected or dropped and willing to be without a bike for a week then use them. Otherwise just find a halfords or bike shop instead, much less hassle

"I would definitely recommend"

I would definitely recommend. The service is great they pick up and drop off on dates booked ….. check with you prior to making any repairs with additional costs. Drivers on both occasions were very pleasant and friendly.
