Kept updated at all times and although the work needed was more than I expected, the company agreed a discount and I proceeded. Pick up and delivery were really excellent; Thanos was patient as he had to wait for us to get home and Barbara was lovely and polite when delivering the bike back. "Prompt efficient service"

Prompt efficient service, web site easy to use. Both the man who collected my bike and the man who delivered it back to me were friendly and pleasant. I haven't used my bike for at least 5 years so, not surprisingly, there was some extra work/repair/replacement of parts that was needed but I was advised and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the additional work, a detailed cost breakdown was provided with the safety critical work clearly highlighted from the more advisory work. All in all I am a satisfied customer, thank you.

Havebike are super efficient. I asked for a new saddle to be fitted which was done and my bike came back looking like new. All the team are professional and courteous and Renan, who dropped the bike off, was particularly efficient and friendly.

Opted for the lowest servicing option as my bike is less than a year old and is well looked after.

I was told a bearing was worn and needed replacing. Fair enough. Also the rear carbon wheel had a very minor buckle so needed truing. Ended up spending around £100 over the initial cost.

Call me old fashioned but I think if you're spending ~£150 on a bike service it should also get a drivetrain degrease and clean. This is what I'd get from previous experiences with a local bike shop. It's little things like this that make a difference for me.

From now on I'll probably stick with a local reputable bike shop.

"Efficient and Friendly service"

They were flexible, friendly and fast. I booked then had to change the day and they emailed straight back to confirm. I had to be picky about the return time too and they obliged on that score as well. Emails had a less than two hour turnaround. A very friendly chap picked up my bike.

I got an email to agree any extra charges which I did online. They called to let me know it would be late by one day and that was fine. They dropped it back off only two days later and it looks clean, the tyres are nicely pumped and the gears look spotless and aligned. There is a plastic wallet attached with all the details of the work. I'm very impressed 👏 👌 I would definitely recommend.
