"Transparent and Convenient"

I needed a service on my City Bike, as it has internal hub gears not all workshops would do this service. Havebike is very transparent in the way the service is quoted and in case extra parts are needed, also the bike collection service is very convenient as driver will call before – special thanks to Driver Renan that went above and beyond in my bike return.

"New chain broke 2 days later"

My bike needed a new chain. They didn’t have one on hand so the return was a little delayed. I received the bike on Friday. Saturday I noticed some noises as I was riding. Today (Sunday) I took my bike out again and the chain broke as I was riding.

Update: I was promptly contacted to have the bike looked at again free of charge. The customer service were very polite.

Great that they pick your bike up and drop it off again. Makes everything very easy and the communication is good throughout.
Issues I identified on my bike were sorted and generally bike feels great to ride again now.

This was my first time using havebike and I must offer up to others that their service was spot on start-to-finish -

Easy to use website to set up the service and arrange for the bicycle pick up (with plenty of availability for scheduling) in the first instance; very cordial, polite and proactive pick up & drop off drivers (the one for drop off was evening willing to meet me at a park near our flat since I was at my son’s football match at the time he rang in advance of the return delivery - ahead of schedule…); quick turnaround on the actual fixes required for my bicycle; great email & telephonic communication throughout; etc.

Some may suggest it’s a bit expensive but a) I live in London; b) you’re paying for absolute convenience. That was spot on. I needed the repairs & service for my commuter bike ASAP but I wasn’t making progress chasing down Evans Cycle or other shops over the phone to book a service. So I did my bicycle repairs pick up service internet search and these guys appeared reputable & well-established so I went with them. No regrets.

Kudos to the whole havebike crew. Thank you…I will definitely be using you lot again in the future…

Havebike were very quick to carry out the checks the morning after my bike was collected. I was promptly informed of advisory works that should be carried out for the bike to run smoothly as possible. Initially happy with the service and would likely use again. Thanks Ioannis and Renan who were great when collecting and returning my bike.

My bike has been under a tarp in the garden for a couple of years. I naively thought I could just get a quick service and get it back on the road. HaveBike have been exceptional from when Christopher collected to when Theo just dropped it off this morning. Of course the repairs costed more than I had expected as the bike was not in a good state. I was given such good honest advice along with options including just returning the bike. I was never pressurised into anything and really felt like I was being looked after. The bike has just been returned and it is like a new machine! I’m delighted and highly recommend.

"Collect and drop off with great service"

It's the first time I've used the collect and drop service and it really suites me. I was a little skeptical about choosing it but read good reviews. They communicated well throughout.

They produced a of faults they recommend be fixed and I choose those that I knew needed to be done. They are a little cute on the price to swap pedals and disc pads which are a high markup but I didn't have them done.

Rode the bike whilst the driver was here with the issues fixed. I will be using them for a regular service each year.

This is the second time I have used this service and I honestly cannot fault it.
The booking is intuitive, the option of dates are varied and the pick up contacts and communication is what you would expect.
I would recommend this to anyone.
