The service is brilliant and the staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended going with these guys. Virgilio serviced my bike and gave me great advice and Renan delivered it with care. I'd happily return my bike to them.

Great experience, pick up and drop off is super handy and both Renan & Virjilio were friendly & informative.
Would say costing is a little steep which is making me debate whether local store is better.

"A really great experience"

What a great service. Bike picked up with no hassle. Havebike were great at keeping me updated about pick up time and same when returning bike. They’ve done an amazing job with the service. It needed a lot of work but that was entirely due to not servicing the bike for too long. Feels like I have a new bike. Would highly recommend them. Bike shops couldn’t fit me in for a month - havebike collected , serviced and returned the bike in 4 days. Cheers

"Top notch and friendly service"

Was looking to get my bike serviced and this company showed up as a suggestion - was able to book collection for within 2 days - on a Sunday! - where my local bike shop only had availability after a month. Set up an amount I was willing to spend without having to be contacted and bike was returned to me on the Tuesday. Super friendly collection/delivery driver and top notch service. Have told all my friends about it and am getting my boyfriend to use the service for his bike too.

"Do not use"

Do not use! Sent two bikes off for a deluxe service. One bike under a year old. Got an email with 300 pounds worth of additional costs. Madness. 87 pounds for replacing a back tyre. I had no confidence in their opinion and was really concerned about the cost. Don’t get sold on how easy pick up and drop off are. Use your local bike shop. They will at least be honest and will be cheaper at the end of the day. Don’t make the mistake I made and don’t use this company!

"Wow - excellent service"

Wow - excellent customer service. All three drivers, Norman, Renan and James were delightful, prompt and polite.
It turned out one of my bikes was too rusted to repair safely. Matt called me to explain as he thought that I should hear it personally so he could describe the problem precisely.
I called him about the other bike and he set off to look for it in the warehouse and called me back with a status update.
When Renan dropped the second bike back we asked whether we might be due a refund given that the rusty bike hadn’t been worked on in effect. The same day Matt sent a note saying the refund would be with us next week.
Every single one of the interactions was effective and with excellent customer service uppermost in their minds. Bravo
