Really great service, incredibly quick and, more importantly, clear and honest. Having already had my bike serviced by two different independent places this year, I was unhappy with its performance - I decided to give Havebike a go and I have to say I'm extremely happy so far.
Firstly, the service is just so fast and convenient. For the amount of work needed, I'm seriously impressed they managed to turn it around in one day in the workshop.
Secondly, they were incredibly clear and honest about the work that needed doing, which is something I certainly didn't get from the other places I tried. I was given details of every part needed, why it needed changing, how urgent it was and the cost of both the part itself and the fitting.
Thirdly, every interaction I have had with the staff has been friendly and professional. Big shout out to Renan, who dropped my bike off and watched me try to test it out in my slippers!
Highly recommended.

Bike came back great. The pick up (Daniel) and delivery (Renan) delivery was very pleasant and courteous. There was a slight day late return issue because of pinging in the workshop but at least they kept me informed :-)

The service was great, they picked up and returned my bicycle on time and when I got it back from Renan, he asked me to test it and it felt great! Like new! I was taking my bicycle to a local shop and sadly they were not able to make my bicycle feel like how Havebike did :)

"Very good attention to detail"

Having been quoted a lead time of four weeks to get my bike serviced at the local shop, I decided to try havebike. Impressive. Pick up and drop off times were well communicated. The quality of the service was excellent, including attention to detail such as replacing a snapped tie on the mount for my speedometer. It took a little longer than anticipated because they needed to order in a spoke of the correct colour but they were completely transparent about the wait time so I can’t fault them. I would definitely use them again.
