The concept itself is great as I was struggling to find the time to book the bike in for a service, so having them pick it up was perfect.
After that, the bike was in for a day and I was kept fully up to date on the progress. It did need some additional work, but I would expect that after the mileage that had been accrued.
The bike was returned in great condition with a clear explanation on the work that had been done.
In summary, I found it to be a great experience and will definitely be using them again when a service is required and the bike feels great!

"Excellent service and dealt with issues straightforwardly"
Really impressed with the havebike model and had decided to give them a go after my wife's positive experience. The collection and drop off works well as do the communications during the process. What I appreciated was that they spotted some fairly significant damage to my bike frame (not their fault) which would have made the work pointless and were upfront about this rather than just going ahead with the work which had already been agreed. Whilst I was gutted about the damage which I knew the cause of, I think they handled it well.

"Abusive and unethical"
Abusive and unethical. They kidnap you as a customer - Be prepared to pay double or triple the price of the "regular service" unless your bike is already in spotless condition. I wanted to service 2 bikes for a regular service (GBP 80 each). They pick up both and later say the cost of one is GBP 380 and the second GBP 170 (compared to the initial GBP 80). I refused and said they should focus on the servicing which is what I contracted for instead of trying to replace every single part of my bike with their pieces. They claim that either I go through the price they suggest (because of safety concerns of the bike) or that "they wouldn't even" touch my bike. After refusing, given their abusive behaviour, they took the GBP 30 of the pick up and gave me back the two bikes. I agree to service the cheap one and they returned it in worst condition!? We send it back again, and then they forget during 2 weeks that they need to fix their mess. It is unbelieavable how they try to twist your arm as a consumer and force you to pay double and triple the contracted price. Then the quality standards are appalling: after paying 170 gbp they returned a bike in a worst condition. The customer service and general manager are simply unwilling to engage as they know that what they do is simply unethical and possibly fraudulent. Companies behaving like this eventually go bankrupt.

So I had to wait a week to get a booking, but could choose the exact days for collection and delivery which is perfect. Then pay upfront online with a credit card.
Got my bike collected and delivered within an initial ~6 hour window, but with a call 30mins before pick up.
Working at home it's so convenient having a collection and drop off service , went for the intermediate service, a bit more expensive but the bike looks like new. Thanks to Renan for picking up and collecting , faultless. Also they replaced the tiers that I requested and quoted me before doing the work, which is great. Next time I might try to source my own parts and ask them to fit it.

"Amazing service from start to end"
Amazing service from start to end.
Norman was the driver who picked up the bike and Daniel the one who returned it. They were both very kind and explained clearly what had to be done and what had been done respectively.
All additional service was impeccable and I had also a call back from Paul Reed who addressed all my concerns and clearly explained why my bike needs upgrading to Deluxe service.
Highly recommended!
