Great idea and well executed.
All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and courteous. My bike was collected on time with a phone call an hour before they got to me and likewise again when it was returned. Pricing is very fair and the job sheets show what work was carried out.
Will definitely be using them again!

Excellent, efficient service. You can select a preferred pickup time, mine was Sunday, arrived to pick up the bike on time and returned a few days later, both on time with good communication, good value offered and bike hasn't worked so well for years!

Firmware upgrade and service on a Brompton e-bike. Service was very good, everyone friendly and the bike was picked up and delivered to my house. Very easy.

Please do not use this service. One friend of mine worked on this company for five months end when he quit the job, He gave one month notice, end in the end, he didn’t get paid. It’s been over a month and didn’t saw his money. Please don’t help this kind of company’s get their money taking others person money.
I will come here everyday write this so more of you can see.

First time I have used them for my electric bike it had a error code on it .got to say they have been brilliant kept me informed from start to finish phone calls on approval for additional spend been dealing with a chap called Scott very knowledgable and helpful and the pick up and drop off driver’s where very friendly and helpful will be using them again cheers Mark.

Just had a phone call being told that havebike will not repair my Brompton as it has been converted to electric using a swytch kit. No where on their website does it state this and it is ridiculous that a 'policy' prevents them from helping people who are trying to have their bikes serviced or repaired because of it. Seems ridiculous that when people are trying to be healthy companies are preventing people from doing so on bikes which have been upgraded. Don't use them if you've changed your bike.

First time using HaveBike. I am happy with the service I got. All Employees I spoke to were helpful in picking the right service, how to book, what was wrong? Fixing the new pieces etc. I will definitely be using them again and recommending their service.
