My bike was picked up without incident and in a timely fashion by @Christopher. @Geraint repaired and made some replacements to the bike that were great. The delivery was seemless with @Theologos calling beforehand to give an exact drop off time and made sure the bike was exactly to my liking. He directed me any recourse I have for havebike if anything were to need attention. Excellent experience and I will use again!

Used HaveBike for the first time. Great comms throughout. When my bike came back there were still a couple of problems with it. They came straight back for the bike, took it away, and it arrived back as good as - actually probably better than - new. Will definitely use again.

I had my bike serviced in June and I was very pleased with the work. It come with a three month guarantee. When the chain lost traction last week I contacted them. They immediately responded and collected it the next day. I got it back today and I am really pleased with the repair work, my bike feels like new. Except the cost of the replaced parts they did not charge me for the work. The two gentleman who picked up and delivered my bike worth mentioning here too. Both were kind and professional. I will definitely recommend havebike to my cycling colleagues and friends without reservation. I will always use them as long as I cycle. Thank you Renan.

No fuss, on time service with good communication and picked up/delivered on time. Bike runs great and I would use again. Would however have been nice if Renan who dropped my bike ran me through the paperwork/touched upon what adjustments/work they'd done. It is however detailed in the documents though wasn't 100% clear to me. Maybe just me...
