"Excellent bike servicing company"

My break pads needed replacing on my road bike. I found HaveBike on Google and decided to give it a try. The ease of them picking up the bike and returning it after 48h is just brilliant! I was kept up to date the whole time of each stage of the process. My bike was returned completely fixed and feels and looks like new! Highly reccommend HaveBike!

Sadly HaveBike just couldn’t cope with COVID-19 volumes, have no processed for customer communication in place other than email and failed to service my bike to the basic standard, (despite paying for delux) after having it for 2 whole months (granted Covid and parts was an issue) it was returned with scratching brake discs and squealing brakes, after I sent it back it was returned again this time the discs had been replaced with a lower quality disk and the front wheel would only free rotate for 3cm! Each time over the 2 months I had to chase for updates on where my bike was, when I did speak to someone they were polite and helpful but ultimately £250+ And over 70 days later I had to take the bike to another repair shop NIPNIP and watched them make all the necessary adjustments in less than 15mins. Excellent service from Nipnip. I wish HaveBike well but couldn’t ever recommend it, sad because I thought the mode was a good one and I wanted it to work!

Extremely poor and unsatisfied customer, my bike came back with scuff marks to the frame and handlebars which was not there before. front wheel was not done up properly and became loose while riding. Did not identify a problem with the bike which I still need to pay to fix the problem after I paid over £100 with Havebike.
