Excellent service from quotation to installation and free delivery of salt blocks all within a matter of weeks. Lovely experience with Sarah the manager who visited our property and and sent us a quote promptly. She has a lot of knowledgable and took us through all options, taking time to explain and demonstrate thoroughly making it easy for us to choose the device that suited our property. We also had a Triflow Tap fitted to our water softener which allows you to have hot and cold softened water and a water filter for drinking water all in one.
We cannot recommend this company highly enough for their excellent communication, informative approach and efficient service.

Highly recommend UK Water Softeners!
I made contact with Sarah after problems with a Kinetico softener. She suggested next steps and manage to get Kinetico to get in touch with me before I could reach them. After the Kinetico visit, which was very little help to me, I decided to go with UK Water Softeners as they customer service and knowledge by far exceeded any other company I've researched. From start to finish Sarah, Andrew and Steve delivered an excellent service.
