"Deteriorates over time"

Have had the Willow Modular Corner Sofa for nearly 4 years. It looked to be great quality when we first got it and even after a year or two it still looked fine but after 3 years it started to deteriorate to where we are today.

4 years later and the plastic rattan strands on the corner unit have completely snapped making the corner section unusable.

The entire sofa has been covered every year from autumn until spring with the cover we bought at the same time as the sofa unit.

We chose this company for our outside furniture based on the quality of reviews. We were not disappointed. We cannot fault Club Rattan for their customer service. We were initially dissatisfied with aspects of our new sofa. They listened to the issue and resolved things swiftly.

The furniture itself arrived quickly and very well packaged. The sofa is strong and very sturdy and good quality.

We would highly recommend this company for any garden purchases.

"Lovely furniture "

Unfortunately we had to wait a month to get it because it was pre order. It arrived on a pallet very well packed. It was so easy to put together because it was not flat packed and needed minimal assembly. What lovely furniture this is. I would also certainly recommend the purchase of a cover because it fits so well and is a brilliant accessory. Thank you Club Rattan. It was well worth the wait.

I ordered the Isobella. The quality is fabulous and so comfortable. I am so impressed. Definitely worth getting the heavy duty cover as well. Great value for money.

"Nice looking furniture "

Easy to order and the furniture arrived 5 days later. The only negative is the back support cushions need to be bigger and thicker as when resting backwards you can feel the framework on your back.

"Disappointing service"

Disappointing service, we ordered a rain cover at the same time as the furniture to ensure we could cover our furniture in the good old British weather.
Furniture arrived and no rain cover when we asked where this was we were told it had been lost in the post and could take up to 2 weeks to deliver so I checked the website and it was out of stock.
We have had our furniture almost 2 weeks now which has been sat out in the rain due to not receiving the rain cover we paid for.
Nearly 2 weeks on and we still have no set date for delivery of the rain cover highly disappointing when you spend a lot of money for something and now it is in the rain with more rain forecast

"Highly Recommend …"

To be honest I was skeptical about buying furniture that I hadn’t seen or sat on, as comfort is a big thing. However, there was no need to as the customer service has been second to none. Great correspondence throughout, furniture arrived well packaged and undamaged. I looks good, is so comfy and I am delighted with it. I was missing a cushion on the corner suite, but this was quickly dealt with, and the cushion arrived within 2 days.

I would highly recommend Club Rattan.

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

I purchased the Harmony Riser set from Club Rattan in 2020 and was initially delighted with both the product and the delivery. The set looked fantastic, and I took great care of it from September to May each year, ensuring it was covered during the winter months with the cover provided by Club Rattan.

However, after just two years, the rattan began to snap. I contacted Club Rattan, and they sent some rattan for repairs, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the situation worsened: the seating started to break beyond repair, and the table under the glass began to deteriorate, eventually bowing completely.

I have reached out to Club Rattan several times, but they have been unresponsive and unwilling to address the issue. While the Harmony Riser set looked great initially, it has not lasted, and I am extremely disappointed with its durability and the company's customer service.

I urge potential buyers to think twice before purchasing this product. It may look good when you first receive it, but it does not hold up over time.

"Very happy with my purchase"

The garden furniture I ordered is lovely and a really good price. When it arrived one of the cushion covers was faulty but Club Rattan have an extremely good after sales service and sent a new cover immediately. I can't fault this company and I'm very happy with my purchase and the service.
