"Order arrived on time although we had…"

Order arrived on time although we had no phonecall to say that they were on the way, we had been told that we would so my husband could be back. Courier rang when on our drive and had to leave our order there, my husband was 30 mins away. One of the chairs is damaged, we emailed and they said they would arrange collection, I asked other questions no reply. A courier turned up that same afternoon to collect - we had no email or phonecall, so no one was home. Have emailed again (twice) still no reply. Customer service is rubbish!

"Weave on rattan table frayed and…"

Weave on rattan table frayed and untwined. One of seat cushions came apart at the seam after 6 1/2 months. Have contacted the company with pics on numerous occasions but they are ignoring my emails. Absolute rubbish customer service Buyer beware! Update...replied with rubbish solution. Still will not reply to my response!!

"Rattan Chairs waterproof cover not fit for purpose"

I ordered the Rattan Chairs and Covers back in August and have been very pleased with the product.
But I was away for a few days and when I returned, I noticed the waterproof cover had torn under the strain of the rain water. 
This is not fit for purpose. I emailed the company and they have not responded despite their website stated they will respond in 40 to 60 hours.
I wrote to them again :
Dear Sirs,

The Consumer Rights Act 2015

The Consumer Rights Act gives you the legal right to either get a refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, or get it repaired.

I will be giving you the opportunity to replace the waterproof cover before I take further action for a full refund through my credit card company or the small claims court to the value of £50

Very bad customer service.

"Very satisfied"

Ordered the Isobella u-shape corner set with table.
Was a slight delay with delivery, but they did contact me via email with an update, then arrived on the new date.
Extremely happy with product, very comfortable.

"Absolutely dreadful customer service"

Absolutely dreadful customer service. As part of our sun loungers we ordered a heater. First time of using it the element burnt out. Have emailed so many times over the last few weeks but no response, chat doesn’t work either. Seems they only respond when it suits them. Will never recommend them.

Update 25 October: you have had this information many times and as per your email to me on the 28th August where you promised me a replacement or refund nothing has been done. I’ve emailed you since then many times to no avail. I’m now going through trading standards to get my money back

"Good start...useless after 3 years."

All started well with the furniture we bought. Furniture was nice, sturdy, and functional. Then the fixings rusted within a year....and within 3 years the "rattan" (aka plastic rattan looking stuff) started to crumble on the table. It's now full of holes and looks terrible. We covered the furniture religiously with Club Rattan covers when not in use, but it didn't matter. Now the furniture looks tatty, with chunks of the plastic rattan falling off onto the ground when we use the table. On top of that, the insides of the cushions on the sofas utterly fell apart after a year, and it makes a right mess. Customer service were very dismissive and blamed it on rain. First, we covered everything, but second....it's outdoor furniture! Would NOT reccomend if you want it to last more than 3 years.

"Excellent purchase"

Purchased: Modern Range Lille Corner Sofa With Dining Table In Grey Rattan (CR19). Did a pre order and received it exactly when expected. Took me less than an hour to assemble it by myself. I found it very simple to put together using the clear instructions. Construction was minimal as the sofas are single structures, you only have to attach one arm. The table comes flat pack. The only tool required was the allen key which was supplied. It's only been up a day and I have had many compliments. It appears excellent quality and looks more expensive than it was. Would have preferred waterproof seat and cushion covers but they are very well made and can be removed and washed. It's compact which is exactly what I wanted and it is comfy to sit on. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and Club Rattan as a seller.

Placed our order 1st July and were advised this would be sent for delivery at the midle of July. We later used the online chat function available which states ‘As we’re a very small team, we’ll do our best to get back to you within 48 to 60 hours’
They are not kidding it takes that long for a reply however eventually someone advised end of july . So when I message at the beginning of august for a status update due to having nothing confirmed. When I message them after this I just get ignored. They have taken over £600 for an order I probably won’t receive! Is the worst experience I’ve had with an online purchase. I would recommend avoiding this company in my opinion never!

They are not kidding it takes that long for a reply however eventually someone advised beginning of August. So when I message at the beginning of august for a status update due to having nothing confirmed I get a message now saying mid August. When I message them after this I just get ignored. I’ll be reporting this company!! They have taken over £1000 for an order I probably won’t receive or I might just get it in time for winter (garden furniture) probably the worst experience I’ve had with an online purchase. I would recommend avoiding this company in my opinion
