They reacted very quickly to an email I sent them last Friday. I packed the sofa clips up (I'd ordered the wrong size)and posted them back on Friday and already today I've had a message to say the replacement ones will be either here today or tomorrow.

I was quite concerned due to some of the reviews, however probably one of the comfiest garden sofa’s I have sat on - the cushions are really good quality & not flat!
We have a table we can have as a coffee table or raise as a dinner table which is very sturdy!
The delivery said over 2 weeks - however was delivered after 3 days & came with a full waterproof cover free of charge.
