"Some issues to start with...."

Ordered the Henley set from Club Rattan which was on pre order for dispatch mid May. Notification received and order delivered when it said it would. It arrived on a pallet in one huge heavy box and we got to work putting the sofa and table together. Everything was fine until we just could not attach the table to it's base. The screw holes were not aligned and no matter how much we tried we just could not get the screws in all 4 holes. We were also missing 4 parts to complete 2 of the stools. Emails sent back and forth to Club Rattan who sent out a new table and the missing parts. This replacement table had scratches all over the table top and was a different design to the sofa and stools! Again I emailed Club Rattan and was called by Dan to try and sort the issue. In all fairness Dan was great, I was annoyed by the whole situation, but I was prepared to give Dan the chance to sort the problems. Another table top and base were sent out and I am pleased to say these are perfect. We now have a complete Henley Rattan set.

Arrived a day late that's all. Delivery guy phoned to explain why. Most helpful delivery on day. Unfortunately south west water closed entrance to our road so he parked close by and wheeled all furniture on a pallet to our house and down the drive. Looks good. Absolutely first class customer support with a rain cover issues. Would highly recommend Club Rattan. How business and customers are ment to interact. Faultless

Absolutely brilliant garden furniture and customer service. We originally ordered a set that was on pre order, however due to a delay I asked to pay more and change to the Collette set that was in stock. They responded within a couple of hours, sent me a replacement invoice and delivered the set on next day delivery!! They went above and beyond and to top it all the furniture is wonderful and exceeded all expectations. I would 100% recommend Club Rattan, absolutely brilliant.

I have recently used Club Rattan for my purchase of a sofa garden furniture set the advisor in chat was amazing and so helpful even over the bank holiday weekend. I purchased the 6 piece set but was worried about the cover been out of stock and the advisor quickly responded and found one in the warehouse house and put in on the website and and sent a link for me to buy straight away. I'm so pleased with my purchase.

"Excellent sofa, excellent company "

We bought a Lille sofa from Club Rattan about four years ago and it’s been a superb buy for a few reasons.
The sofa itself is excellent quality - it’s extremely comfy and even though it’s had loads and loads of use, it looks as good as new.
I’ve had to contact Club Rattan on two occasions over the four years and the customer service has been superb. The first time some stitching had come undone on a cushion, the second time a leg had broken probably due to the weather because it’s left outside (covered) all year round. On both occasions I emailed, had a response within a day asking for a photograph and within 3 days had received a replacement part at no charge.
I have recommended Club Rattan to several people and when our sofa finally needs replacing I will go straight to them for our next one due to the quality of product and customer service
