I never review but they deserve. They came to clean the DPF which I know its perfectly fine. They advised me that It needs a replacement and can cost me fortune and the payment to clean my dpf is non refundable.
I feel Like I have been ripped off. Avoid these scaMmers. They use the company auto assist group. You can find out more

5 star the customer care from my phone call from the start to make an appointment to when the engineer arrived called Craig, he did an amazing job very professional and was very good with the problems I had with my trucks dpf issue. "Wasted £400"

Wasted £400, paid for premium service was told they would inspect the vehicle for faults before regenerating dpf. Diagnostic report confirms faults were present and continued to proceed with dpf clean, was told car was sorted got two minutes up the road engine management and DPF light returned in less than 3 miles. Premium service diagnostic report contains nothing more than a few driving recommendations.
