"Fast delivery and very helpful on phone"
Received my chairs in less than 2 weeks. Spoke to Mo who was very friendly and really helpful and contacted warehouse for current situation and delivery. No problems at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased a corner sofa from them and after many delays due which may have been out with their control I was eventually advised that the item would be delivered on the 5/12/2022. The sofa was not fit for purpose: - hole in front part, numerous rips and a part of it looked used.
I requested that it be taken away and do not accept delivery. (This was best thing to do for my consumer rights!)
6/12/2022 I contacted Morale and advised them of the situation - they had a report with pictures from the delivery company.
I was told by a director Mr Shaoib Ali, after refusing the shop floor model and £175 off that I would be given a refund by the end of the week.
Next day 7/12/2022 received a call from Mr Farouq Ali, also a Director who advised that he was cancelling a customer order and could deliver a replacement sofa on the 8/12/2022. I declined and advised that Mr S Ali had agreed a refund. I was then informed by Mr Farouq Ali that I “wasn’t getting a refund” and that I could “take it up with my bank”. This call was disgusting and abusive . I terminated the call.
I emailed the company advising that I wanted a refund.
I then received a text message asking me to “please accept the replacement 3 corner sofa with a compensation of £350”
I declined and advised I wanted a full refund.
Today, the 15/12/2022 I have been advised that my refund has been processed
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I just got a fantastic corner sofa and some amazingly priced ex display furniture from this store. Service from start to finish was amazing!!
Also like to add the company they use
For delivery and assembly were first class too.

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with . We ordered a couch, 2 dining tables with 10 chairs . First of all the customer service is TERRIBLE. Not only are they incredibly rude, there is no communication from them at all. I’ve had to chase them up at every opportunity .
My order didn’t arrived , then when it did , 4 months later there were no chairs with the order (they told me they would be 4 weeks). 6 months later I finally received my order , only for one of the chairs to be damaged . I also paid for delivery & for the items to be assembled. Only for the manager to say I had agreed to pick the chairs up - which I clearly never and assemble myself. They also didn’t call me to advise our items arrived . I only found out after calling myself
I can’t be bothered having to deal with the manager about the damaged good as I will get nowhere with him / them. It’s that bad I am keeping the damaged chair and getting it professionally cleaned myself (pink dye on white chair). That’s how bad the customer service is !! I don’t have the energy to call them for the 13373838 time !
Avoid this place like the plague!!

"Extremely poor Customer Service..."
Extremely poor Customer Service...Saw a pendant light shade in their showroom at nearly £200...was advised by the showroom manager that due to there being no electrician available to remove the shade from the ceiling we could not have it....over the next few days I called re electrician...recorded message no one available to take your call...but wait!..eventually get to speak to someone and advised we will call you when we can take it off the ceiling....that was over a week ago with no word...Spent our £200 in John Lewis yesterday....

"5 star service with 5 star quality"
Hi have purchased Two white leather recliner chairs with matching stools which are perfect. They were an excellent price and very comfortable. I am taking the time to write this review as the staff at Morale have been absolutely excellent they have the real personal touch and very professional. I would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a garden table via their 1st Furniture website which clearly stated item was in stock and delivery would be 5-7 days.
You guessed it - it turned out item was not in stock and delivery did not occur in 7 days.
As of today they cannot say when the item will be delivered.
Crap management, crap policies, crap customer service.

Ordered a table and chairs back in October that was supposed to be delivered in Nov, had to chase it up myself to find out where it is, was then told Jan, then Feb and now still nothing. Emailed the manager usman and he was so rude in the emails, the service is poor, the product never arrived and now I have to chase them for a refund after 6 months! Shocking! Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else.

Rubbish company wish I read reviews before purchasing. 2 weeks after ordering and no communication I email for an update and no reply given just refunded. Waste of time. No customer service skills at all and no explanation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THE OTHER NAMES IT TRADES UNDER Promised a refund since 24th April after almost 3 months waiting for covers for my garden furniture then to receive the wrong size . I have continually emailed , all ignored . In my opinion they are using the covid situation to avoid customer contact
