Delivery only solved after 3 emails other than that customer services kept me In the loop. Furniture itself well up to standard expected.

Great selection of products in state of the arts design. Nothing seems too much trouble, we found their staff to be so helpfull. Great communication when it came to availability and delivery. Lovely design that took around three weeks to get delivered. Excellent customer service and kept me updated throughout. The delivery team rang me the day before to ask what time it was suitable for me to have the goods delivered. Just one thing is worth to mention and hence the foyr stars that the table was too heavy for one man delivery, I felt sorry for him. Overall great experience and recommended

Not clear that there was a delivery charge on sale items so we collected the table. Collection was wearisome; went to address given, re-directed next door as item was ordered over the internet and then re-directed round the back to goods entrance. Unable to inspect table due to packing but OK when unpacked at home..

I ordered a table via the Internet on 7th March (payment came straight out my account)
Delivery was stated 7-10 days I'm still waiting!! Emailed on 4th April querying it and havent heard a thing by way of apology not even an acknowledgement.
