"Great Customer Service experience"
Saw a lovely king size bed which was being sold elsewhere at a cheaper price, Morale were happy to price match. When the bed was delivered in 5 boxes, one of the boxes proved to be incorrect. I was really disappointed, but Customer Service was exemplary in getting the correct box out to me immediately, I had phone and email communication to which they replied almost instantly, Yes, the correct box didn't arrive first time, but mistakes happen and I felt that their 'please the customer' attitude and will to get things right was clear to see. The correct box was with me two days later, I felt that they managed situation very well, Would definitely recommend.
The bed is lovely too, and we are very happy with the experience with Morale

Ordered a King size and Single mattress on August bank holiday 2018. Arrived on the Wednesday. Sareer Memory Wool. Organic mattress. £15 off first order. Both with free delivery for £300 in total. Vacuum packed, so easy to move into position and unpack. British made and beautiful. Very comfortable, Hypo Allergenic. Amazing value and quality.

"Customer Service- Nil Points!"
This review is based on our treatment as customers rather than the quality of the garden furniture.
Last June we purchased garden furniture from Morale, totalling almost £2300. Covers we bought As part of the order, proved unsuitable, regularly being blown off. This resulted in damage to one of the covers this winter, less than seven months after purchase. Beyond email, communication with Morale was impossible. Telephone calls were not answered.
The seller refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage to the product, even though they had recommended the specific covers. They said they would offer a discount on a replacement cover. As we have already paid more than £105 for the original, there is no way this company will receive another penny from us! Buyer beware.
Morale have replied as below and misrepresent the facts. The cover was damaged after/during overnight snow and not as the result of a few days of snow. There was no mention of depth of the snow on the cover and the photos provided were the day after the damage occurred. Morale were advised of the damage the morning of it happening and stated they were “not sure how the weight of the snow tearing the cover would be the fault of the cover.” Subsequent damage occurred on a seam, without snow cover. The cover was recommended by Morale and came as part of the set from the manufacturer of the corner suite furniture. There is/was no indication that the cover may become damaged in windy conditions.
A discount to replace a weatherproofing item damaged by weather may be fair as far as Morale is concerned, it isn’t as far as I am. I reiterate: the cover was damaged due to weather conditions, nothing else!

"No credit card refund"
Originally very helpful. Ordered on line. Unfortunately due to cost to deliver had to cancel. Had to send a number of emails to get my credit card refunded. Despite receiving an email twice that debit would be refunded a week later I am still waiting credit. I will now be paying interest on the debit balance. I have unfortunately had to instruct a solicitor and inform credit card company. Extremely poor.

Everything was shocking from start to finish. Never again. Bought a table from them and had to make my own plinth for it to sit on as their’s was too big and wouldn’t fit. After sales was terrible and kept ignoring phone calls

Customer service is bad. No response from my chat line request or voicemail message.
My order was placed in January finally delivered today. The sales team never told me that I had to put the backs on the sofa and armchair on delivery. As I am disabled and live alone, I will have to get some one to put the furniture together, currently sitting on a chair with no back!
Delivery team very unhelpful despite paying for a two man team.
Will not be using Morale Home Furnishings again.

"The worst!"
ordered 19/03. no contact. i rang them to be told they could not fulfill advertised delivery of 5 to 7 working days. Two weeks after 19/03, still no contact. I rang again and was told no one was around that could help, someone will ring back. No one from First Furniture rang me back. Their supplier did ring (which i found very weird!) Closest delivery was 3 weeks after the order was made. Still not contact from First Furniture (who took my £406 on the 19/03!) I had my items delivered on 07/04! Opened the table and put it together. (one thing i am happy with) Opened the chairs and i discover i have been sent the completely wrong chairs. I ordered white leather and chrome legs and been sent cream fabric with wooden legs. I email them on 07/04 as they are closed! I ring the next morning and am told it will be sorted and i will hear from them.....10/04 still not heard until i receive the most unprofessional, lazy, confusing email forwarded from their supplier. Asking for photos of the box, the shipping labels and the built chair. (well, not building it as it couldn't be more obvious it isn't the right chair!)
So I am 21 days past them taking my money and using my living as their storage facility whilst they taking ages to sort anything out.....my advice is do not order from them. Worst service i have ever experienced. They like to take your money quick and then provide a terrible service.
