"We love Brosa"

Bought 12 dining chairs and 4 bench stools. Really loved that I could go to the actual store and look at the chairs in person. The chairs were delivered within a few days and we paid a little extra to have the bench stools assembled for us. 2 of the stools were faulty so they took them back and delivered 2 more without question. Fantastic service. Would definitely buy from a Brosa again. We love our chairs 😊

"Having spent nearly $20k at this…"

Having spent nearly $20k at this business to furnish two homes, you'd think they'd treat their customers better.

They're modestly priced. But expensive on the stress and mental anguish.

Some of our order was delivered today - the only reason we ordered from this store again is that we checked 4x over email and live chat - which is annoying as hell - that the delivery date could be met.

The date was non negotiable as we are going overseas, and the home is to be prepped for a photoshoot.

It's been appalling. No one gets back to you. You spend ages online. What their 'live chat' live person says to you is different to the information that the customer service person emails you.

First of all, the top of the coffee table arrived damaged, split into pieces.

Second, the queen bed ensemble arrived without its parts, hence the 'White Glove Service' couldn't be fulfilled. And don't get me started on the 2 people that delivered the goods, they were very sloppy, dropping things and staining the sofa we had just purchased.

Third, at no point in time were we advised some items were 'pending' - both bedroom bedheads did not arrive.

We deliberately ordered quick ship items - and were assured repeatedly that all items we ordered would be in stock and arrive today.

The delivery guys that came said they submitted the damaged item and missing reports - but when I call customer support they dont know anything about it!!!~!

I have tried numerous times to escalate the matter - and still have not received an answer.

The customer support team member I spoke to said Sue (someone in BROSA Melbourne?) could arrange for rental of the missing pieces so as not to hold the upcoming photoshoot up which is booked in.

So now we'll be out of pocket AGAIN to rent the missing / damaged furniture items.

Further, we do not live in this city, hence it is extremely inconvenient to keep arranging and rearranging travel plans, or ask someone to be at the property to be able to receive our items.

Go somewhere else. I definitely will be next time.

If they had zero stars, that would be my rating.

"Horrible Experience - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

I rarely write reviews but I would HATE for anyone else to deal with the same thing I did. Please beware of this company. I ordered the Austin 3 seater sofa bed on the 22nd of April. I was informed that it needed to be custom made and was given an ETA of June 17th - July 1st. During the time period I was given no updates or any information on the items progress. Contacted them on the 8th of July as I had still not received the sofa. I was informed that it was delayed and they couldn't give me a ETA... After frustration I replied back to them and received no reply, no compensation just total ignorance, completely unprofessional. Finally received the order on August 8th. I was so overjoyed to finally receive my $1000+ order so just be completely disappointed. Brosa's advertising is so misleading, they advertised this sofa bed as a "a comfortable bed", "comfortably sleeps two people, is perfect for guests, be it expected or not. By day a comfortable". Nothing is comfortable about this sofa. It is the most hard sofa I have ever sat/laid on. It was like laying on pure cement, I don't think it is psychically possible for someone to sleep on it. A cheap IKEA sofa bed or my carpeted floors would be comfier than this sofa. For the price and the given description I expected much better quality. Absolutely a nightmare of a company to deal with for such terrible products, tried to contact customer service about it and was basically told oh well its your problem now.

"I had a great experience purchasing a new bed and sofa"

I had a great experience purchasing new furniture through Brosa. Being majority online I was somewhat nervous not seeing the product first but was delighted with my new sofa and bed when they arrived. The website is easy to navigate and the online chat function answered questions promptly and with ease. There was a small wait on the bed but ended up coming earlier than originally advised, and I love the quality, look and style of them all! I will definitely be a return customer in the future.

"Brosa’s website had a glitch and took…"

Brosa’s website had a glitch and took my payment twice. Once I realised I was assure a refund and told it would take 5-7 days to reach my bank. Two weeks later I had not received my funds and I had to chase them. They replied without a reason and told me it would be ready for release in a weeks time. They have had my money for almost 3 weeks and I’ve just been told after several complaints it will be ready for release (whatever that means) in two days time. Quite frankly it’s unacceptable to hold onto customers money without any reason. I am wondering if they are in financial trouble given their reluctance to refund me.

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

We purchased an entire Frank lounge suite from Brosa (2x 3 seater lounges, armchair and ottoman) less than two years ago and we are so disappointed to have to already having to replace the entire set.

The fabric has from day one been full of lint balls, the couch seems permanently droop down where people sit and the couch colour has faded where the sunlight hits it through the window despite covering the couch with pillows and blankets.

I feel sick to think about the amount of money we essentially threw away by purchasing these couches. There is no chance of reselling them either for any kind of market value as they are such poor quality lounges.

Company blamed the manufacturer and we’re unable to help or take responsibility for settling an abysmal product. I would recommend never purchasing furniture from Brosa as I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.
