"Don't get Cosmic Anthracite for grey"

A bit of a delayed review. However I bought the Seta 4-seater sofa in the grey velvet fabric, colour named: Cosmic Anthracite. I saw an armchair in the showroom with the same fabric/ colour so felt ok to proceed. Unfortunately after 4 months wait, the sofa came and I was disappointed the fabric was a very blue-grey instead of a neutral grey. I tried in all different lighting but its definitely a blue type of grey, very noticeable. I tried to work the room for the sofa for almost a year now but still not happy for what I wanted. I wished I made a complaint earlier after purchase but felt I got the short end of the stick after waiting so long. Brosa should double check their suppliers or their website photos are just very misleading here...

The assembly team were friendly and efficient. The sofa is lovely and just as it looked on the website.

The customer service was excellent from the sale to the delivery, they accommodated our needs so well and got the items to us promptly. The cabinet we purchased is so unique and such great quality. No complicated assembly, easy and quick to put together. We purchase the item online and it was exactly as described. Definitely revisit them in the future!

I love my Brosa Romulus table. It looks very stylish and is good quality. The only thing small downside is that it's made of 'engineered wood' and not real wood, which is noted on the product description but I just didn't read it properly. But overall, I'm very happy and the delivery guys were great too.

Ordering the lounge fitted to our taste and need was pretty straightforward.
We also had the option to select the date of delivery. We had updates every now and then till it reach our home. It was perfect and as described in the website.

"Terrible communication and never got delivered"

Over 12 weeks I have waited for my lounge to be delivered despite when paying it was guaranteed to be delivered within 5. When ever I chased it up it was still “in the shipping container” so I guarantee it’s not Australian made as they claim which is very disappointing and the expered delivery date continued to be pushed back time and time again. I finally got booked in to have my lounge delivered, confirmed date time and address only to find out when they didn’t show up that the delivery was “unsuccessful, not handed over” and I was asked to rebook. I am in my office which looks out to the road so I know I did not miss them. There was no communication through out this whole process, they can’t find out why it wasn’t delivered because the coordinator isn’t on shift despite it being 10:30am. Absolutely discusting service. Do not waste your money!!
