"This company is shocking, its a SCAM!!!"

This company is shocking! How dare they call themselves an intensive driving course. The only thing they provide that is intensive is the stress of getting any lessons up and running and a test booked at the end! I bought this crash course for my daughter to get her up and running quickly, it ended up costing twice as much and taking twice as long! Do not waste your money with this company! Trying to speak to someone on the phone is a joke; when you manage to get through, they lie and speak to you like you are stupid. Nothing but a SCAM!!!! I booked this crash course in June and await a test date.

"SERIOUSLY NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY"

SERIOUSLY NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They lie and so difficult to get money back. My bank wouldn’t let the payment go through the fraud team called me. Their customer service is shocking. How they are in business is beyond me. They will respond to review with standard crap. USELESS

"Terrible company"

Terrible company, appalling customer service, if you can get hold of someone, they never answer emails, after 5.5 months of arguing and fighting, eventually got a full refund as I threatened legal action. DO NOT USE THEM. No an automatic refund was Not issued after 18 weeks, each week there after we put in refund requests, and Yes I did sufest legal action if the refund was not made, which it eventually did after 23 weeks, I would not recommend you to anyone.

This is further to my review below and MIC’s response. Please note that as of yet the company still haven’t provided me with a driving instructor despite MIC claiming to have done so on 17th Oct, (nobody’s been in touch to tell me otherwise) nor refunded any money for the service that they failed to deliver.

You can tell a poor company by the way they treat their customers - by lying and blaming the customer/coming up with excuses and reasons for why they haven’t provided a service instead of giving an apology and a full refund for the service they failed to deliver.

If MIC respond to this review saying otherwise, please be aware that the correct way to treat your customers is to apologise for not delivering and give a refund based on the fact you did not provide the service.

I have now found a much better 5* driving company (one that’s reliable, and real) in order to assist my passing the test who have not only been able to allocate me a tutor on the same day I called but were also able to assist in other driving matters.

This is in stark contrast to MIC.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

If I could give a Minus review I would, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid the full price for a 6 hour course and test, after Months my son finally had a lesson with a lovely instructor, 3 weeks later we still didn't have a test date - despite numerous messages they still couldn't provide one! I went onto the DVSA website and immediately got a cancellation for less than a weeks time! Despite my numerous messages and arranging the test myself no partial refund was issued - A disappointing lesson learned

See message below from
20th Oct comments as promised I said I would post everyday until my daughter gets her money back. Hopefully just reading this post I will save someone from giving their hard earned money to this company in good faith like my daughter did back in March and they have not provided her with any service at all. They owe her £254. We even received an email confirming they will refund but we are still waiting for accounts to do this. (It’s just lies!) We are reporting them to the police, trading standards and everyone we know to get this company closed down. DO NOT BOOK STAY AWAY DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD WHAT THE PEOPLE SAY ON THE LIVE CHAT THEY SOUND CONVINCING BUT THEY ARE FRAUDULENT! STAY AWAY!

"SCAM"

I paid deposit for an intensive course back in April I was told full payment to be made 1 week before lessons begin they sent the payment link to me I paid and then ignored me for months. I’ve been fighting to her a refund for weeks I had to dispute through my bank and then they had the nerve to call my phone 10+ times to shout about me requesting my money back. 🤣 WORST company ever. If you’re planning on driving save the money and time and go to a company that actually provides service.

"DO NOT BOOK with this company!"

Unfortunately I haven’t had a great experience with this course. When buying the course you are sold the package of a quick theory, lessons and test. The course did not deliver on this. After passing my theory, I was then moved quickly onto my lessons and these were set up to run in a condensed timely manner. However no test could be booked, I then ended up taking matters into my own hands and found a test 7 months out from when I started my lessons. My only option through DVLA. When I asked if My Intensive Course could offer any support in booking in more lessons on a bulk deal close to my test I was confronted with a very angry, argumentative, idiotic customer service rep. Who pushed all the blame on DVLA and took no ownership of the fact they sold the package of a quick theory to test process. To add to this I was 7 months pregnant at the time, the sales rep knew this and he felt it was appropriate to talk to me in such a manner. My advice, avoid this company. I’ve managed to pass my test now but that is in no way down to this course. They offered no support!
