Absolutely rubbish my intensive course scam I'm taking legal action

Avoid this company at all costs! We fully paid for an intensive driving course for our grandson in an automatic car in February. The instructor arrived in March in a manual car. We were advised that this would be sorted and an automatic would be found within a week. That never happened! Weeks went by and we have made more than 50 phone calls to this incompetent bunch who every time promised faithfully it would be sorted within 2 weeks. Again nothing!
The instructor of the manual car who arrived was in dispute with the company as they wouldn’t pay her for her time despite it being their error. We have tried to talk to supervisors and managers but never have they taken our calls. Our grandson had an amazing opportunity and his driving depended on it. The company were well aware of this and said they would definitely sort it. They never did! I could go on and on but frankly I won’t as it’s so monotonous. I asked for a full refund at the beginning of July and that took 4 phone calls to chase up. I eventually got this at the end of July more than 5 months after they took our money. AVOID THIS DREADFUL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Absolute joke!! Booked march 27th 2023, still waiting now. Had to call over 15 times. Multiple voicemails and emails later finally someone chases it up for me and then tells me I’ve no chance of anything anytime soon!! Requested a refund today!! Avoid at all costs!!!! Company’s a bag of d***s.

EDIT - I got my refund, after threatening to drive 3 hours to there offices and telling them I was on the phone to my bank who at the time were starting a process to fight them on it. I got refunded the full amount that same night. This company are horrible scamming bullies. I do NOT recommend. The pricing may be fair. But the service you receive isn’t even the bare minimum. It’s completely below the bar. Better of spending extra elsewhere and getting the service you deserve.

I agree with others, this company is a scam. They will hold on to your money for 18 weeks, and don't provide the service. I booked this course for my doughter on 19 of April, and, us for today (end of August), no lessons, no update, no contact was made with us. When you are calling them for an update, they are rude on the phone and clueless about your course. Don't bother with them, go somewhere else.

AVOID THEM - ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE AND I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING 'INTENSIVE' IN THEIR COURSES!
No updates as to when we would even get driving lessons nevermind a test! It would have been quicker (and less stressful) to book 2 hour lessons with local driving instructor and then go onto one of the cancellation sites, which is what we have now done. No positive communication from them whatsoever (the only communication was when i chased them). Each time i called them they just told me the same old rubbish about covid (3 years on!). Extremely disappointed and out of pocket :-(

100% a scam. Seeking legal action against them. Book and paid in Feb. It’s now August and still no course. Applied for a refund three months ago still waiting.

Waited 16 weeks for an allocation, promised priority service 6 weeks ago. I have just requested a refund and been refused. An absolute sham.
