Horrendous experience- completely discriminating against deaf BSL users. Refused to speak with customer via a Sign Language interpreter. Refused to recognise reasonable adjustment with the equalities act. Refused to discuss or even loot at appropriate alternative options. Only leaving BSL user forced to write in English to raise complaint. English is their 2nd language and struggled with this it was upsetting and daunting especially since it it was a fraudulent account set up in their name. Putting it down to data protection even though it was their company that allowed the fraud to take place !!! Do not trust them!!!
