Bills rise every year! Our estate is allegedly looked after by Greenbelt, but we are not informed when anything is scheduled and no proof that it has been done!

I realised a tree was falling down in stages, and made contact via Customer Services to raise awareness. This was Sunday afternoon, and I received an update early on Monday. The Site Operations Manager had visited the area, and taped it off to prevent any accidents.
On Tuesday morning, I can confirm the tree cutting team are busy removing it now.

The first person we spoke to on 16th January promised to check and come back to us regarding an outstanding payment. There was no phone call received so we felt that the situation was sorted out. We then received a letter from a Debt Recovery service on 24th Jan 2023 - we were shocked. We phoned Greenbelt again and fortunately got Vicky who was really helpful, she checked regarding the payment AND phoned back as she promised. Situation sorted! Well done Vicky.

No accurate details on pricing. Admin fees only mentioned when someone asked how green belt made money. No mention of how much these are. No accurate details of what work would be carried out or standards.

"Well presented but couldn’t explain how doubling the No. of houses on the development wouldn’t reduce the ‘per house’ charge, whilst maintaining the same area for maintenance...."
Would have been 5 stars but did not satisfactorily explain how the original ‘per house’ charge was not reduced when the charge was originally shared by 200-300 houses and now the development has grown to over 500 houses. Clearly it’s a bit of a cash grab. I understand unspent amounts would be credited but the limit per house should have changed with the number built. Other than that it was informative and well presented.

Jason handled my concerns very efficiently and pleasantly. Good man!
However I am not impressed about Greenbelts operation as such. Too expensive, difficult to pay bills, too quick to add penalty payments. Far too reliant on online transactions.
