This company are terrible to deal with , I’ve challenged the charges on my bill every year and they have never provided me with answers , well this time I’m not paying until I get answers or they can take me to court and provide the answers their .
The road I live on has been charged over £800 for planting , I walk the street daily dog walking and see on every visit what the green belt do , and not one plant has been planted in years , the £800 would equate to around 100 plants , charged for herbicide treatment which they have said root me in a recorded call they no longer do herbicide treatment , they are completely unlawful and I’ve also put leaflets through all other residence doors saying to challenge the bill and not pay unless we get proof of work carried out .

Green belt are absolutely awful. They wont cut trees back but also put restrictions on the property owner affected so they cant do it themselves. Work is so overpriced such as £50 for a padlock but i had a great help with setting up my bill from a lovely advisor Cora today. Shes probably the only good thing about this company
