These guys seem to have a blank cheque book when I come to the maintenance bill.
Apparently someone comes round to inspect the park area quarterly but they won't give any names. If this mystery person did actually show up they would see the sheer state of our park area.
This year we have to pay for 4 repairs that have never been taken out and no surprise there is not itemized bill. Once again just made up infact the only thing these cowboys do well is issue a bill and demand money.
If you are looking to buy a new home and the lack of maintenance is to be carried out buy Greenbelt I would look elsewhere. Zero help with made up repairs and endless fees. Some organisation really needs to investigate this company.

As a Parish Council with a new development within our boundary, we have been able to build an effective relationship with Greenbelt Group Ltd. - the company appointed by the consortium of builders of the development as the service management company for the green space and play areas. The Council now has key contacts within the company with whom they can work with on issues reported by residents; these contacts have been responsive and helpful. The Council looks forward to expanding this positive partnership with Greenbelt to deliver services for the residents of the development.

His open, friendly and straightforward approach was much appreciated. He explained Greenbelt's approach clearly and responded to the questions put by fellow residents frankly. This represents a very sound beginning to what we hope will be a positive partnership between residents and service provider.
