Absolutely a joke of a company. No one should be using them as a management company. You pay a fee for them to not even bother doing any of the work in their scope . Ignore emails highlighting issues . They let the place run to ruins but then expect their money and threaten legal action when you dispute why you should pay for a service that is not provided.

"Fleece-Hold Greenbelt..."
The only thing that Greenbelt is good at is increasing their charges and sending out invoices. They certainly don't like doing any maintenance work other than cutting grass . They typify what is now referred to as Fleece-hold. I blame solicitors who don't investigate this company before completing sales of property with Greenbelt involvement. A simple online search would have identified that they have a really bad reputation.

Shocking company. Upkeep is poor at best and very sporadic. When they do turn up it's in conditions so our green area is ploughed. Cut down healthy trees leaving unsightly and dangerous stumps as trip hazards and rake in money for awful workmanship. Request submitted in September for copies of the fictional snagging, inspection, supervisor reports and 3 months later no response. How they get away with it I will never know. Massive con which unsuspecting householders are roped into with no comeback for non service.

I really don't understand why they have to charge us so much money. We have to pay approx. £140 per year and we are just one of the 300 houses on this estate. They charge £200+ for a supervisor inspection each month, which is probably just someone driving around the area having a brief look. £47 per house for admin charge, there must be "so much" admin clicking a couple of buttons to automatically send out bills to everyone in one go. On top of that, they charge things like "Managerial Overview" and "Woodland Inspection"?
It's not too difficult for the supervisor to carry out the woodland inspection during the same visit?
And if you forget to pay there bill (even during this difficult climate), they charged an extra £20 on your bill, no reminders or anything, just straight to late payment fee. Baring in mind that the bill is for the upcoming year, they charge you extra if you don't pay them early enough so they can make extra money from the massive influx of cashflow.
