SCAM ongoing! Had an email as to what looked legit from a ritualsengland address on my birthday saying I could claim a free Rituals of Jing package. Paid £2 for postage and didn’t think anything of it as the email arrived on my birthday. However after no correspondance or delivery, further information showing this is a SCAM which links to a random website. Upsetting how my details with Rituals have been leaked. WARNING!!

Je suis très déçue, car colis mouillé, ouvert et dégradé. Dans le carton les produits n’étaient pas maintenus.
Un des deux articles avait son bouchon défait et le haut du flacon avait du produit qui a coulé.
S’il y a une bonne chose : mes deux articles étaient à l’intérieur.
Quel dommage de ne pas être capable de faire un emballage correct.

I was recently shopping for a friend’s birthday gift and both girls in the Basingstoke store were a pleasure to deal with. They were more than happy to show me multiple products and were patient and helpful whilst I took my time to choose a gift set. The store was clean and well presented and testing the products felt like my own mini spa experience.
I ended up purchasing a little something for myself as needed a moisturiser and was offered the option of signing up to a store card for points and ended up with a free face care sample set which is lovely! Great service and I left feeling relaxed and pleased with my purchases.

Fui a comprarme por segunda vez un producto que me encanta y además iba buscando a una dependienta en concreto. Se llama Esperanza y trabaja en Rituals de Holea en Huelva. Es un 10! Mejor atención no pude haber recibido. Sin embargo, esta chica ya no trabaja allí y no entiendo porque … es una pena q esta marca no sepa cuidar a sus trabajadores … yo no hubiera dejado escapar a una persona así como ella.

Omdat voorraden in de winkels liggen en deze verkocht worden door de directe klant. Terwijl ik ook betaal en niet het product wordt weggelegd. Zeer triestig.

Ik heb 3x moeten omrijden voor het product ge hebben voor een verjaardag.
