SAV à la ramasse ! Après presque 3 semaines d'attente, le SAV made in India me répond qu'il est désolé que le déo ait détruit plusieurs tshirts, mais qu'il serait judicieux de me rapprocher du fabricant concerné ou de laver ces tshirts avec de l'acide... Pardon ? Non, c'est bon, les conseils débiles, vous pouvez les garder pour vous ! RITUALS c'est fini !!!

Haven't got a clue how to contact Customer Service at Rituals about faulty order! Call Centre consistently hanging up; no clear route to CS on the Webside; can't find on Messenger or WhatsApp. What's going on? This is unprofessional!

"Får ikke bytte uten kvittering"
Fikk et duftlys til jul som jeg ønsket å bytte i en annen duft. Hadde ikke byttelapp/kvittering, men lyset var i originaleske og det går åpenbart an å se at lyset ikke er brukt.. Fikk dog ikke bytte til annen duft siden jeg ikke hadde kvittering. Dårlig service!

"Rituals: Nein danke!!!!"
Habe meine Genie vor 4 Jahren geschenkt bekommen. Leider funktionierte die App nicht mehr. Nach mehreren Anrufen und E-Mails sollte ich dann die neue App herunterladen. Diese hat mit der "alten" Genie allerdings ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Wollte die Genie dann im Laden umtauschen. Das war aber leider nicht möglich. Fazit: Ich habe einen " Wegwerfartikel" für viel Geld gekauft. Mittlerweile gibt es auch viele Testergebnisse für die Produkte, Duschgel, Körpercreme usw. Diese wurden mit mangelhaft bewertet. Jetzt weiß ich auch, warum ich immer allergisch reagiert habe. RITUALS: NEIN DANKE!!!

I'd give customer service 0 if I could. Absolutely poor after sales service. Can't get in touch with anyone. Tried via email, WhatsApp no number. Wanted to return a damaged product, but no respknse. Ended up sending the item back myself without returns label and another month on, no refund. Honestly, waste of time doing business with Rituals - never again. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Ik was op zoek naar een cadeau pakket. Deze kan je niet zonder een geurkaars kopen. Deze kaarsen zijn bijzonder slecht voor de gezondheid.

Har købt nogle duftpinde og den er allerede 2/3 dele tom efter 1 uge og den kostede 200kr. Synes den burde holde længere ift. prisen.
Til gengæld dufter den utroligt godt og der var god kundeservice i butikken.

"Awful customer service"
Awful customer service.
A product purchased In store was clearly used and returned. After opening it was clear it was already open, used, damaged and half empty.
Tried get through to customer service multiple times with no joy.
Sent contact forms and images but no response.
Then I get an email saying your case has been closed.
I’m stuck with a product that shouldn't even have been on the shelves let alone sold to a customer.
This should be taken more seriously.
