War viele Jahre Kunde, aber laufend Probleme mit denen. Unmöglicher Support. Transfer Tokens musste man bis vor kurzem beim Service per Mail anfragen - ohne Antwort. Verrechnen gerne auch mal expired Domains. Accounting per Telefon zu erreichen ist nahezu unmöglich Echt miese Firma, ..... Adios !!

Finger weg von Speednames!
2019 wurde die Erneuerung meiner Domain zwei mal in Rechnung gestellt und auf meiner Kreditkarte belastet. Die Kreditkartendaten lassen sich im Kundenportal nicht entfernen. Auto-Erneuerung ausgeschaltet nützt nichts.
In Zwischenzeit habe ich die Domain zu einem anderen Registrar transferiert. Trotzdem erhalte ich am 9.4.2020 eine erneute Rechnung, mit der Begründung, ein Audit hätte gezeigt, dass die Rechnung aus 2019 nicht abgebucht worden sei. Zum Glück habe ich noch meine Kreditkartenabrechnung aus 2019, die das Gegenteil beweist. Nach wie vor, erscheinen meine Kreditkartendaten im Kundenportal und lassen sich nicht löschen. Die Mails an den Speednames-Support und die Rechnungsabteilung bleiben unbeantwortet.
Ich habe die Kreditkarte sperren lassen und bin nun gespannt, ob trotzdem noch eine Belastung erfolgt.

Når man skriver til dem, vender de ikke tilbage, men opkræver gerne penge.
Kan IKKE anbefale at man køber noget fra dem.

I've used a few different domain registrars over the years and I've never encountered one which has been as shocking as this.
* Phone support:
-- Non existent, phone line doesn't work.
* email support:
-- Absurdly slow, even when in good faith told a matter was urgent, it progressed at an unbelievably slow pace.
* Technical & Billing capabilities:
-- Basic functions cannot be completed in a timely manner.
* Website capabilities:
-- Absolutely basic without automated support for many processes.
I will be discontinuing use of their service as promptly as pactical.

Mit firma kunne pludselig ikke sende eller modtage mails i flere dage. De foretog sig intet og svarer ikke på henvendelser. Hold jer langt væk.

Very poor service and repeatedly have tried to take extra payments. Last year payment for my domain name was taken twice in two days. It took a dozen emails over many weeks to finally get a refund but only one invoice had been logged When i eventually had confirmation of payment etc it stated the wrong date for expiry- 2019 instead of 2020 - about correction of which i sent 3 emails but no reply forthcoming Now one year later almost i have received a request for payment of the same invoice as an audit had found it not paid. I have now copied all these emails and evidence of payment AGAIN to Speednames. Not anticipating a prompt reply. I have had nothing but difficulty dealing with Speednames having originally happily been with Netbenefit for years. I have decided to cease my domain name.

Was originally with netbenefits, who Speednames took over, lost emails for a while then got them back. Lost them again, apparently mails were still going to Netbenefits and being forwarded, they have now stopped this. so I might have to pay more to correct this and might lose all my missing mails. They are looking into it.

"Speednames - fraudulant activities"
It looks as if Speednames are systematically defrauding their customers. Over the last 2 years, I have cancelled a number of domain renewals and turned off the auto-renew function... but then Speednames turn it on again without my permission and take money illegally from my credit card.
I have a trail of mails proving the above, so have reported Speednames to the police in Copenhagen who are now taking action. I would urge others who have been cheated to do the same. You can refer to my police journal number: 0100-91190-00022-20.

"Appalling Technical Support"
I have been with Speednames for several years. I contacted them to add a further domain to my account however in doing so they broke my email forwarding facility on one of my other domains. Unbelievably they claimed that I did not have that facility even though I provided examples of over 1300 emails forwarded over the past few months. Apparently they still needed more proof.
I have now cancelled my account with them and informed them that I will not be moving my other domains to their organisation
Totally unprofessional as an organisation. I would urge anyone to think twice before using this organisation.
