"Not what I expected"
Whilst my coat arrived on time when I tried it on it was too small. No big deal just return it. On the website it says up to five working days for a refund. Only to discover its nearer two weeks. So fed up with the money being taken instantly buy refunds taking ages to come back. First person I spoke to was rude second was okay. Won’t waste my money shopping with you again.

"Poor customer service for a high end brand"
Poor customer service. Wanted to exchange a pair of shoes online, they don't do this. Tried to see if I could exchange the size in a shop, they don't do this. Had to send the shoes back in the post and re order the new size, no email confirmation to say they've received the original shoes and are processing a refund. Today is the 11th working day waiting for the refund. Would never shop here again.

I ordered a scarf for a birthday gift. It did state 10 days on the web site to complete orders. I checked on progress twice to be told the item was available and was being processed. Eventually after 14 days I was told the item was not available and even if I ordered a replacement they could not guarantee this would be available either. Appalling service and ordering system. Save yourself the bother

"Recently paid almost £300 for a long…"
Recently paid almost £300 for a long Barbour wax jacket - specifically purchased for wet days with horses and dogs - it isn’t even waterproof on a light shower with the inside of the coat wet! Very disappointed, looking into a refund after 2 wears. Have owned lots of Barbour items and jackets previously. This item is not a touch in comparison to its Musto competitors waxed items.

"A bit disappointed after reading so many good reviews"
Sent my old Barbour back for a repair on the lining (small tear) and a clean ( spot of emulsion on sleeve) and a rewax. Barbour received it 23/11, a week later it was still awaiting inspection but at least I was kept updated, then nothing. I emailed 20/12 for an update and was told hopefully early January. Received it back today 08/01/22. Disappointed to say the least, paint still there, if I'd been contacted to say it wouldn't remove, I'd have scrapped the coat and not paid for a wasted rewax and repair. Rewax isn't very impressive, previous reviewers had said returned almost like new. Mine certainly isn't. Wish I'd of put the £100 towards a Jack Wolfskin instead.

They will not re-deliver your parcel , you need to pick up. There is no option to choose the delivery date . Awful company!
Pathetic excuse for unprofessional service “ saving the planet” how? People are not flying to collect the parcels !
Cheap unprofessional courier for the high prices they sell the clothes . Avoid !

Good products. Just don’t buy from the website. Still waiting for a delivery after 11 days. Have phoned three times this week only to be given a different story each time.
1: It’s going out Thursday. If you haven’t heard from us Thursday then Phone us.
2: Yes, I know it’s Thursday but it’s not gone. I’ll send the warehouse a chaser for it to go today.
3: It’ll be midweek next week. Me: What about the chaser? Aaah there was a chaser was there, then it’ll go today and you will have it tomorrow.
I’m not holding my breath.

"Barbour glasses made of cheap copper"
I bought a pair of Barbour glasses from Vision Express Canary Wharf, London, on 01/05/2021. Now the nose support is already oxidised with a green substance that leaves stains on my skin. Just saying: 5 years ago I bought a pair of Oakleys that never oxidised - but they used titanium, not some cheap copper alloy. I understand greed and profit, but I also think companies should take pride in their products. My Barbour jackets are great, but these glasses? Not impressed.

ACHTUNG kein Widerrufsrecht für Artikel aus UK mehr. Unser Paket wurde nicht zugestellt. Laut DHL jedoch schon und zwar an einen Namen, der nicht mal hier irgendwo wohnt. BARBOUR sieht sich außerstande, das zu klären und verweist an DHL - noch dazu recht unfreundlich und regelrecht pampig. Wir bestellen hier nie wieder.
