Each year my wife and I spend our 90 day USA ESTA allowance in Florida, Finding inclusive car hire at good rate is a bit of a nightmare, we have used most of the online companies over the past 20 years, this year, Vehicle Rent, allowing for inflation, gave us the best fully insured, three months hire we have found, cost and peace of mind are very important to us, this hire was very good, we will be visiting Vehicle Rent .com.latter in 2020.

Per dover di cronaca, dopo aver inviato innumerevoli solleciti per un rimborso relativo a un noleggio di giugno 2019, a fine dicembre è pervenuto il bonifico, lasciandomi basito in quanto non ci credevo più.
Non so se sia dovuto alla mia insistenza o al loro lento operare, fatto sta che ciò che era stato promesso è stato ottenuto.
Ciò non toglie comunque che dovrebbero essere molto più celeri nei rimborsi e offrire maggiore assistenza invece che comunicare le solite frasi fatte.

Noleggio effettuato ad Agosto 2019 con pacchetto RELAX, pratica di rimborso per 330€ accettata il 5 Settembre. 90 giorni per il rimborso. Oggi dopo 127 giorni del rimborso nemmeno l'ombra. NON EFFETTUATE NESSUN NOLEGGIO con loro. NON RISPETTANO I TEMPI E LE REGOLE CONTRATTUALI. Non meritano nemmeno una stella
