I got my insurance back from this company.
The date the company promised me was December 3, 2019.
The date on which the insurance was returned is January 9, 2020.

Since December 3, the company has not responded to my e-mail.
So I asked the Korean government agency for help.
Two days after sending mail from our government agency to this company, I got a refund on insurance money.

I never recommend this company.
I shared my experience with this company at the largest rental car travel cafe in Korea.

And just in case, to prevent damage like me, I leave a message here again.

I got a refund on the promised insurance money from this company.
But if it were not for the help of our government, I think it would not have been possible to get a refund on the insurance money.

I strongly encourage you to think twice before using this company.

Due to poor service, the company's quote is a little cheaper than other estimate comparison sites.
But the stress from this company is not comparable to the amount.

"Vehicle Rent: warte 100 Tage und dann noch 100"

Seit Anfang September warte ich auf meine Zahlung von 800 Euro von Vehicle rent. Mittlerweile hat vehicle rent mir schon mehr mals bestätigt, dass ich das Geld erhalte. Trotzdem ist nichts passiert. Kurios, Ich hab geschrieben, dass. 18.10.2019 die Bearbeitung durch sein musste. Darauf hat der Ansprechpartner mir geschrieben, dass es schon am 10.10 soweit sein sollte. Sehr oft mit check 24 und vehicle rent telefoniert. Emails geschrieben. Mittlerweile sollten die für die komplette Laufzeit Zinsen zusätzlich erstatten und meine Arbeitszeit.

"Double Charge"

We rented a car in Miami airport through Vehicle Rent and paid in advance for the car. For some reason that no one can explain we were charged by the car rental company again 2 months after the rental, €360. When i contacted the car rental company they said that they could not get paid from Vehicle rent so i was responsible for the rental. Vehicle Rent are well aware of this situation as i have sent 13 e mails to date and have called at least 8 times. They accept responsibility and i am assured that this is in progress but when i checked back with the car rental company it turns out Vehicle rent were not even in touch with them. This is an absolute disgrace and i want my money back now.
