Die Rücksendung ist viel zu teuer! Bloß nicht bestellen wenn man sich nicht sicher ist dass das "bestellte" wirklich auch passt!

Ondanks ik de kleren van dit merk leuk vind, is voor mij de liefde over.
Als je in een winkel langs gaat, moet je geluk hebben dat het personeel tijd voor je heeft. Veel liever staan ze hun weekend te bespreken of te versieren. Als je hulp vraagt is dit of met tegenzin of onoordeelkundig door gebrek aan ervaring of interesse.
Als je voor alle zekerheid hun hulp vraagt bij een bestelling, is dit bovendien niet betrouwbaar. Je mag direct betalen, maar vervolgens wordt je dagen aan het lijntje gehouden, om vervolgens koudweg te melden dat het product uitverkocht is. Hier moet je natuurlijk zelf achterkomen. Dit wordt niet gemeld. Daardoor is de jas ook elders niet meer te krijgen....

Jeans de mauvaise qualité au vu de leur prix. La toile se détend beaucoup trop vite, le gramage est beaucoup trop fin et pour le même prix, il est préférable d'investir dans du 100% coton chez une marque de workwear type Pike Brothers ou même Edwin.
Comparez même avec Nudie ou Meltin pot et vous constaterez que la différence de qualité est visible, si ce n'est à l'oeil nu, du moins au toucher.

"Beautiful clothes and excellent sales"

I wear almost exclusively Scotch and Soda clothes and although prices have crept up a bit (probably due to weak Australian dollar) they are still comparable to many other more upmarket labels. They do periodically have excellent sales though. Never had any problems with US or Australian websites and any issues resolved quickly (eg lost delivery refunded and missing button sent to me - it was a big fancy metal button). Only issue can be slow Australia Post delivery (at least to WA) when using free option.

"Took my money for jeans they did'nt have!"

I ordered jeans online, money was taken from my card, then I was told the jeans were out of stock. Eventually my card was refunded. I thought this shoddy practice had stopped years ago. I will never order online again from S&S.

Helaas moet ik een slechte beoordeling geven, puur gebaseerd op mijn webstore ervaringen. Ik ben zelf groot liefhebber van het merk en draag doorgaans enkel jeans van dit merk en ook nog andere kleding tot jassen.
Helaas vind ik de service van de webstore echt niet aansluiten bij de service in de winkel. Waar ze in de winkel open en vriendelijk zijn, is de costumer support van de webstore slecht verstaanbaar, onduidelijk en ongeïnteresseerd.
Helaas moest ik een bestelling retourneren in verband met een verkeerde maat. Ten eerste moet je zelf de verzendkosten betalen (vind ik tegenwoordig zeer zeldzaam, zeker bij dit soort organisaties) en ten tweede krijg je (of ik in ieder geval) totaal geen terugkoppeling van het verdere proces.
Mijn pakketje is blijkbaar (volgens de track code) al bijna een week geleden ontvangen, maar dit wordt niet bevestigd. Zojuist zelf gebeld en na ca. 5 minuten een wachtmuziekje te hebben aangehoord een slecht verstaanbare medewerker aan de telefoon gekregen (audio is zeer slecht). Deze ging het checken...weer 5 minuten in de wacht waarna het antwoord volgde: "Heel raar, in het ene systeem staat dat we het pakketje hebben ontvangen en in de andere niet, heb je de track code? Die hebben wij nodig als bewijs".
Gelukkig had ik hem nog, maar ik wist dit niet van te voren. Moet nu afwachten tot maandag in onduidelijkheid. Jammer, hier is veel verbetering mogelijk!

"Absolutely rubbish service"

Absolutely rubbish service. Tried to buy a special gift for someone online. DON'T DO IT. Avoid online orders. They do not care about their customers. They do not accept returns. They use the worst parcel service companies then walk away from problems. When you write, they send their love, but I need the pants. Its such a shame that their great products are let down by crap service. Will NOT order online again.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!"

I bought an item from this website, delivery was prompt about (5days). Upon receiving my order I found it was bigger than expected, I tried to exchange it but they had no exchange policy. I suggested taking it into the store and they refused even though they had the size I wanted in store. I then requested a refund, I took the item into the store they took the item and said I will get my money back within 14 business days.

This was meant to be a Christmas gift, I haven’t received my money, by the time I get my money back it will be past Christmas. The jacket was very expensive I can’t afford to buy it again and wait for the refund. The whole process just just feels like a pointless exercise when I could have just returned it to their store and exchanged it.

I have tried speaking to their customer service department but you will get no help other than the person just reciting the same generic response referring you to their website to read their exchange policy.

So if you really want to buy from this company just go in store... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

"I only wish I would read this reviews…"

I only wish I would read this reviews before I ordered from their website :( They will get your money and then will forget about you for good. 10 days later you will ask if they shipped your item, because you are going to travel out the country for 40 days, and they will never answer emails or the phone. I got the auto reply that the one of the items I ordered is out of stock and they well refund ... and I still did not get any news about the second one after two weeks of inquiry. Just very frustrating. Soon I will start to think that they are scammers...

I bought a christmas present do my boyfriend and they sent the receipt to his email.
It Was completely frustrating when he called me asking about it.. never will go in that store again!
