Mooie kleding maar bij broeken krijg je het advies om bijna niet te wassen; wel wassen blijkt al snel een veel lichtere kleur te geven. Overhemden zijn na een jaar door en dat heb ik met een pantalon ook al eens gehad na 3 maanden. Draag al jaren kleding van scotch maar de kwaliteit is niet wat je mag verwachten bij de prijs. Ik koop het bijna alleen in de aanbieding zodat de prijs kwaliteit verhouding nog redelijk is.

I bought a jumper from Scotch and Soda which began to bobble and look worn after wearing it no more than three times. This is absolutely unacceptable quality. If the prices were the equivalent of Primark, you get what you're paying for, but in this case you are paying a lot of money for some of the lowest quality clothing I've ever owned. Avoid at all costs.

"Couldn't Care Less About Me"

Somebody used my paypal account to buy one of the fugliest bags from this website; I've never even heard of them up until this point... but I also have good-enough taste not to buy a $100 fanny pack. But I digress. I was outraged, and reached out to them about the fraud. They got back to me within 24 hours, but they might as well have told me where to stick it. They were insanely rude and unhelpful, and I felt like I shouldn't have even bothered alerting them about fraud going on in the first place.

"Rücksendung eine teuere Angelegenheit!"

Leider liegt dem Paket kein Rücksendeetikett bei, der Versand des Paketes per DHL in die Niederlande hat mich 17 Euro gekostet. Ich finde das keinen guten Kundenservice. Schade.

"Great customer service"

Had a great experience with customer service. Normally I shop the brand from online shops placed in my own country, but this item I couldn't find so ordered from their own shop in Holland.
I ordered a coat some time ago. Unfortunately the coat was not quite what the pictures on their page showed. Some details were completely different. I then contacted their customer service and they were very helpful offering me to return the item, even though the return period had just exceeded. Also they offered to pay the shipping fee (I live in DK), and they did without any fuss.

Probably the worst online service in the world ! Extreme lack of customer focus and understanding for what was a simple refund issue. Took a month and had to chase every day. If you want a stress free and positive shopping experience suggest to avoid this retailer.

Déçue par la qualité et la coupe du chemisier! pour ce prix-là...
De plus, un chipotage pour renvoyer le colis, retour payant, bien évidemment ... je reçois 2 mails différents, leur site n'accepte pas mon n° de commande...bref, du temps perdu et de l'argent jeté, vu que je vais devoir aller à la Poste, faire un colis plus petit ( recommandé par S&S! ) !
J'ai dû attendre plusieurs jours pour recevoir le colis, je n'ai même pas reçu de mail de confirmation d'envoi!
Je ne commande plus.

"Lovely product, average online shopping experience."

Love the style and quality of the clothing. The online purchase process is relatively simple but the communication and lack of response to emails is poor. Brilliant product and brand but let down buy a very average online shopping experience.

"Waardeloze kwaliteit."

Twee maal een polo van Scotch gehad. Beide polo's binnen een jaar versleten. Gaten onder de oksels, bij de knoopjes en op andere willekeurige plekken. Waardeloze kwaliteit die je niet mag verwachten bij een dergelijk merk met bijbehorende prijs.

"Worse customer service you could"

Worse customer service you could possibly think off. I have been given a voucher for Christmas and was not told that you can't use it online. I have been trying to buy an item which they did not have in their store online, but I was just told there is no option to use the voucher. They did not provide any solution. Don't order from them, horrible brand!
