"Avis mitigé"

Je connais le site Scotch & Soda depuis de nombreuses années pour la section PAP Femme Maison Scotch. Mon avis est partagé, la qualité des produits est en effet, de plus en plus médiocre, notamment concernant leurs compositions. L'expédition des produits n'est plus aussi soignée. A l'époque, nous recevions les colis avec une impression de la facture de qualité, un beau grammage et un échantillon de parfum dans un emballage noir, très chic, à l'image de la Maison. Ce qui n'est plus le cas aujourd'hui. Dommage de payer des produits qui sont plus couteux qu'auparavant, pour des prestations qui baissent en gamme. Bilan: livraison rapide, produits conformes.

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ONLINE SHOPPING HISTORY...WOW!!"

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I needed to exchange some jeans for a smaller size and was told the follow:

"Hello,
Thank you for contacting Scotch & Soda!
We currently don't do exchanges. Please ship back the items and you may place a new order."

Seriously, no exchanges for an online product, really!?! Are they stuck in the stone age? So I then called to reason with them. WRONG. AGAIN.

Apparently they could give a rats A$$ about their paying customers. I called and the phone rang... and rang...and rang (WTH, NO voicemail?)

Finally, someone picked up after trying for over 15 mins!!

I told the "rep" (or whoever answered the Google forwarding phone number on their cell, finally!) that I just need to return my jeans and get a smaller size.

She reply they have no exchange policy and told me, coldly, to just return them and buy them again.

PROBLEM: I got them on black Friday and buying them again would mean paying full price. So I asked if I could get the same price if I purchased again?

"No, you have to pay full price," she said! (Remember, they give a rats a$$)

WOW...

Think about it, they are going to get these jeans back and sell them again at full price anyway....So why not honor the Black Friday price (Remember, they don't give a rats a$$)

Well...The best part was yet to come!

On initiating a return online with the "prepaid" return label that came with the jean, $7.95 was magically deducted from my refund amount right before my eyes.

DAMN! IT SAYS "PREPAID" RIGHT ON THE LABEL...

That means S&S is deducting $$ from the amount I'm to be refunded for a label that literally is FREE. WOW!

THAT WORST COMPANY EVER!! Please folks, buy the right size or you're screwed...Because in the end, THEY DON'T GIVE A RAT A$$ about you or me:(

"Swiss customers BEWARE of scotch soda"

Swiss customers BEWARE. Ordering in the Swiss Web-Shop of Scotch soda you are paying much higher prices as in the EU. But there comes more, the prices are in CHF and including Swiss VAT ( terms conditions 4). But they don't inform the carrier ups, so you receive an additional invoice for Swiss VAT + customs administration charges. So you pay the the Swiss VAT twice.
NO cooperation solving the problem. NEVER again, not recommended.

"Zwei Sterne für die wirklich schöne …"

Zwei Sterne für die wirklich schöne Mode. Der Rest geht leider für endlose Bearbeitungszeiten von Retouren drauf, die fast jedes Mal erst angemahnt werden müssen. Bei Zahlung mit Paypal, bekommt man die Retourenkosten übrigens erstattet (von Paypal)

"I don't wear anything else...:)"

Great clothes and customer service. Using UPS as delivery is top notch, however they have changed recently to knocking the delivery cost off your return (despite it being a pre-paid label) which knocks a star of the review. I seldom have to return anything, but this was a surprise.

"Customer Service is horrendous"

Customer Service is horrendous. Spoke to a rep about exchanging a product I bought online for the right size. I wasn't returning anything, but she wanted me to pay $8 for the return then buy a new shirt in the size I wanted. I also tried to exchange at their brick&mortar store and they said they couldn't due exchanges for online product. Robin was rude, unhelpful and kept saying "that's just our policy". Folks, their product is overpriced and service is non-existent. Avoid!

Retour sturen is totaal geen probleem evenals het retour ontvangen van je geld.

aber 17 € Rücksendekosten in die Niederlande die ich selbst tragen darf, das ist nicht zeitgemäß. Ich bin fertig mit dem Laden.

Rücksendekosten nach Niederlande trägt Kunde, sowas hab ich noch nie gesehen. Die Marke ist tot für mich. Schade... dann lieber gar keinen Online Store anbieten
