By FAR the worst airline I ever flew with, we flew business class from BCN to SIN, the boarding was not only a mess but unsafe, the food was absolute rubbish, big delay and the service on board was beyond terrible, honestly, how dare they ?

Ich habe (natürlich auf englisch) eine begründete Beschwerde gechrieben. Nach über einem Monat hatte ich immer noch keine Reaktion! Ich schrieb also also eine Erinnerung - nach zwei Wochen keine Reaktion.

Absolutely rubbish service first of the plane was delayed which was fine. It happens did technical problems but when I got into the plane the seat that I got had a broken tray that was dirty.
They could not even give me a another seat to sit on. I had to eat the food on my lap. I sent a feedback on their app. Explain what happened to me. It’s been over a month and no response at all on the way back three hours delayed they kept the plane for two hours that air condition was broken After two hours. They decided to take us off the plane. It took another hour to fix it and then they had they made us board again

Can you imagine that your return ticket is cancelled on you without your knowledge. They said someone called on my behalf and cancelled my ticket and received an etihad credit (no clue what this means anyway). This was not the worst experience but the dealing with it after was the disaster. They are acting like nothing important happened. It is now 3 weeks and nothing is done, I was contacted once with the promise at someone will reach out to me and no one contacts me again. Just like that my return portion of the ticket has vanished. The customer service following the incident is the true disaster. To this date no response. I had to book with another airline as my date of travel is approaching. I guess Etihad is used to scammers from within doing this. Whoever did this, without any doubt in my mind, works for Etihad. This is internal work. I am done with Etihad for life. Thank God Qatar airlines will start to fly from Toronto Pearson

Empêchée d’embarquer à Abu dhabi , j’ai attendu 10 h à l’aéroport.
Tous plus nuls les uns que les autres ! Vous êtes baladés de comptoirs en comptoir. Aucune considération de notre temps et de notre stress.
premier et dernier vol avec cette compagnie nullissime.

Ive flown to Sydney several times with Etihad business class and I find it faultless! the whole experience leaves rivals in shame, ive stopped flying business to my house in Barbados with BA because the BA product in comparrison has become an embaressement.

"Stop over program is a scam"
Their free stop over program is a scam. I actually wasn’t interested in staying in Abu Dhabi, but they offered a 2 nights free stop over in Abu Dhabi, so why not, maybe it is worth it. Tried to book my hotel online right after booking the flight ticket but there always came a message on the Website „Hotel booking not available“. So, I thought I would try again. After a while I chatted with them on the website. Turns out there are no free hotel rooms left. So, I asked them to change my flight so I don’t have a stop over - they said flight changes are not included in my ticket.
I talked to the manager of the service and he was not willing to help.
So, they offered a free stop over without actually having any rooms available at the time of the booking.
They are not willing to change my flight, so that I don’t have to stay over night in Abu Dhabi.

"Over Delayed refund"
Over Delayed refund. On Aug 12 my flight was cancelled just one hour before departure, had to fly another airline to reach my destination on time, which of course costed me more. I only wanted refund for my ticket. Claimed it on 15 Aug, followed it up consistently, even though in the claim I submitted they said they will contact me in 28 days, it took them 75 days to tel me they have forwarded my case for a ticket refund, and it will take 45 days for my bank to receive the refund. Imagine, this is a business class ticket and I am a Silver Gust member (not flying with them anymore).
