"Desde mayo esperando reembolso por maletas rotas"
Llevo desde mayo esperando que me ingresen un reembolso por dos maletas dañadas. Acordaron una cantidad bastante ridícula, pero viendo que era lo unico que iba a conseguir acepté.
Les he escrito muchos emails preguntando porque no se ha hecho efectivo el pago y ni se dignan a contestar. Es una compañía con la que no volaré más viendo el trato al cliente

My experience with Etihad Airline was extremely disappointing. They are consistently overbooking flights and falsely promised alternative arrangements, leaving me stranded in their supposed "luxury" airport, forcing me to spend my own money. The lack of transparency, accountability, and apathetic customer service only added to the frustration. I strongly advise against choosing Etihad Airline for your travel needs, as my experience was nothing short of a nightmarish ordeal. Booking reference: LKDGJ8

Shortened my holiday and promised a refund, but never received.
The most terrible experience from Etihad customer service representative Mr Mohamed Sylla.
They changed my flight from a Friday to a Saturday, meaning my holiday was shortened from 8 days to 7 days.
Mr Mohamed Sylla promised a refund of approximately £130.
5 months later and more than 20 emails and phone calls and the refund has still not been received.
The worst customer service from Mohamed Sylla.
Generally ignoring more of my emails and calls. Occasionally replies saying that he is still chasing the refund team. (After 5 months this is unacceptable)
I would never book with Etihad again - ever.
Don’t make the same mistake. Book with Emirates or other reputable airline.
