I bought 2 tickets to travel from Washington DC to Mumbai, India for Apr 23.Unfortunately my husband fell seriously ill on the day of travel and had to admitted in ER.They cant expect the ambulance to bring my husband on a strecher to board the flight.They do not want to refund or change my tickets.They are very in considerate.I have spoken to supervisors Lashly, Kajal , Rukshar and other agents Prajwal, Yadu , Mamta.How can my husband fly in such a situation. I provided all reports and documents from the doctors.He was prohibited to travel .I will never recommend anyone to fly with Etihad as I have had a very bad experience.

"Etihad LOST our passport at the Check-in Desk"

I had the most shocking experience that caused so much stress and trauma in our lives. We gave the etihad staff member our passports at the check-in counter at Abu Dhabi International Airport. Our luggage was sent through and she handed us our boarding passes and only my passport. We immediately told her 1 passport is missing. We called the manager and air port police to the desk and told them to check the cameras, but they were only interested in covering their own backs! They did not allow my husband to fly. He was stuck in the UAE and had to go through such unbelievable ends to get a temporary passport to travel, let alone book another ticket and spend so much time and money trying to get home to his family. They eventually found his passport at the airport and have not even contacted us to apologise or compensate. I have never been treated so badly in any country that I have travelled to. Such unprofessional behaviour. I would not recommend anyone to fly with this Airways. Utterly disappointed in their ethics and honesty

I’d flyed from Riad to Abu Dhabi to Manila and I’m so lucky to flyed with them. In Riad there was a very nice men. He was helping me with everything I need to arrived to Philippin. I think he was just overqualified for my issues 😄
Also at the plain I feel very safety and every one was friendly. Was a qualified pain as well! Will always recommended them.

"Greedy & two faced airline. Do not use."

This is an awful airline. Cancelled my flight due to COVID, issued me a refund then changed the rules on how long the refund was valid for 1 month before it expired and now won’t issue me my refund.

No accountability, no customer service, no dignity just a bunch of greedy, two faced liars.

Worst airline I have ever dealt with. Lost my bag months ago. Will not answer emails. Will not allow phone calls.

I have no idea what to do when an airline essentially steals your bag and then refused to talk to you.

In any other circumstances the police could be called.

Etihad are without doubt the worst airline I've dealt with. At least easyJet and Ryanair are cheap
