"Andere airline"

Twee tickets geboekt naar Jakarta maar we kregen twee weken voor de reis een email waarin stond dat het tweede deel van de reis door Wamos air wordt uitgevoerd. Het was te laat om om te boeken. Even gekeken naar de reviews voor Wamos air maar die zijn blijkbaar niet zo best. Ik ga zondag 5 November vertrekken maar hou m'n hart vast

"Terrible service,I wish If I can give…"

Terrible service,I wish If I can give less 1. flight from London heathrow delayed from more than 2 hours and my connection flight delayed to more than 17 hours without apology and get stuck in the airport With my 3 years son after 6 hours flight.
Really horible and I will never recommend

"This was a nightmare. Avoid this airline"

This was a nightmare. My bad to compliment the staff at check in. He changed my seat not at the check in but while boarding. He ran to me and said my seat was changed. The gentle man in front of me was leaning back from take off to landing and none of the staff bothered to correct him. I met the most rude fair gender person on the flight. This was the flight from Hyderabad to Abu dhabi
she was allotting seats and I said I wanted to go back to my original seat, since I did not request the change and it was very uncomfortable . She replied not even looking at me with the utmost disdain " you can also lean back" . When I further requested that the change of seats was not my plan, she replied "only the ground staff can change seats " in a tone no one wants to hear and the flight was delayed by more than half an hour because they were rearranging flight seats. The whole journey I had to sit with my legs crammed , no thanks to the staff. I wish i would never encounter a rude staff as her, whatever her name is .Have you observed, this airline does not bother to reply to the reviews. So you say whatever you like , they do not mend their ways.

"I remember the first time I booked with…"

I remember the first time I booked with Etihad as a student. I was genuinely grateful for their student discounts, and the service was top-notch. It felt good to be recognized and valued. So, it was a no-brainer for me to choose them again for my next journey. But wow, how things changed. This time around, they blindsided me with a sudden alteration in their baggage policy. No heads-up, no email, just a cold surprise at the airport. It felt like a slap in the face. As a student, every penny counts, and this unexpected policy shift threw my plans into chaos.

I get that policies change, but where’s the courtesy of letting your loyal customers know? Especially students who trust you to understand our constraints. If this is how Etihad treats those who put faith in them, I’d seriously urge my fellow students to think twice. Etihad, you’ve lost more than just baggage allowance here; you’ve lost trust.

"In seguito alla cancellazione di un… volo cancellato"

In seguito alla cancellazione di un volo per il Bangladesh siamo stati costretti a ricomprarlo al prezzo doppio ma la cosa più sconveniente che dopo un mese non riesco a sapere quando avverrà il rimborso del volo cancellato nonostante mi avessero inviato una mail con una contabile di rimborso datata 26 settembre
Mi dicono di richiamare ogni due giorni ma senza successo di notizie veramente sconveniente

"AbuDhabi Free Stopover"

I have been a Etihad Silver guest due to frequent travel always with Etihad. I have loved all the services they provide so decided to check out the free Abu Dhabi Stop over service they offer. We decided to have 4 days stop over so the hotel was apparently provided with some 40% discount. Unfortunately our travel plans got cancelled and we cancelled our flight and also had to cancel the hotel booking. We got refund for the flight immediately however for the hotel booking they need 3 CALENDAR MONTHS to return the money. Simply meaningless and pathetic service when it comes to this AbuDhabi Free Stopover.

At first when I was making the hotel booking on Etihad website, the payment failed as my credit card rejected assuming a suspicious activity. While I was unblocking my card, I already got a email from Etihad asking me to may 25USD fee for the fail transaction and I was like WHAT? Also when I had to cancel my hotel booking there was no option online to cancel the booking so I had to write a email to them. Again even though I cancelled the booking 1 month in advance and there was free cancellation mention, they still charged me 25USD as cancellation fee. After confirmation of cancellation, I kept looking for days at my credit card statement and there was no refund at all. When I reached out and sent multiple email they claim it is mentioned in their terms and conditions that it takes them 3 CALENDAR MONTHS to refund. Then I asked them to show their terms and conditions, they have stopped replying me.

Stay away from AbuDhabi Free stopover offer. I am still waiting for my refund for over a almost 1.5 months now and there is no update as to when they will process it.

"Etihad will cancel your seat selections without warning or reason!"

I booked expensive business class tickets with Etihad for 2 return flights (4 legs). During the booking process, I selected my chosen seats and paid. I then received an Electronic Ticket Receipt (which is a binding legal contract) that precisely reflected the seat numbers I had reserved.

10 days later, I just happened to log into Etihad's client area to check details of the flight. Upon reviewing the booking, 3 out of 4 seat selections had been cancelled, with no seats now reserved at all for 3 legs. No notification was ever sent to me regarding the cancellations/changes, and Customer Services acknowledged this.

After further investigation and a call to Customer Services, Etihad admitted that the Equipment (aircraft) had not changed for any of the legs, so they couldn't explain why my seat selections had been cancelled. They promised to investigate and get back to me with an explanation, a solution, and presumably an apology. That was almost 2 weeks ago, and I am still being ignored. If your seat selection is important to you, then BOOK WITH ANOTHER AIRLINE, as Etihad are happy to mess with your business class booking for no reason whatsoever. I will now take my business to Qatar or Emirates instead.

"Disgusting"

Disgusting! Told us wrong gate number on connecting flight when this was realised ran to correct gate with time to spare before the flight left and was refused to be let on and told the plane has left. Bare in mind the flight was delayed by 16 minutes and i am not blind it was still there. They have now cancelled my return flight and put me as a no show regardless of me being infront of them in this situation. Now refuse to respond after their own staff members refused to help at airport and customer services not reinstating the flight. Have some decency was rushing to my mother who was in hospital this is the worse airline ever they do NOTHING to help. All an absolute joke do not bother with them!

"Mon bagage a été endommagé"

Mon bagage a été endommagé. Nous avons signalé à l’aéroport on a rédigé un rapport et envoyé à Etihad mais nous avons eu un retour comme quoi c’était pas si grave donc non pris en charge. La valise a été acheté y a un mois c’est un peu dommage.
