"Excellent customer service."
I was travelling with my elderly parents from Thiruvananthapuram Airport on 15/11/24 on flight EY263. I spoke to the duty manger regarding assistance for my parents. He was very helpful with arranging wheelchairs and check in. He also spoke to me at the gate to check everything was ok. In my opinion his customer service was excellent. People like him are an asset to your company. My bookin ref : MUTTOV

"2 billets en business annulés = pas de remboursement. A fuir!!!"
J'ai annulé 2 billets d'avion qui etaient annulables dans les temps en juin dernier, mais la compagnie ne m'a toujours pas remboursée alors que nous sommes en novembre.
Apres avoir contacter le service client en juin, ceux ci m'ont indiquer que le remboursement a ete pris en compte.
Nous sommes en novembre et apres avoir cherché un peu partout sur le net un numero de telephone, car celui que j'avais contacté en juin ne fonctionnant plus, je parviens enfin à avoir un numero.
La personne au telepone m'indique que je n'ai jamais acheté 2 billets et essaie de me raconter des histoires. J'ai passé 2h au telephone avec eux pour essayer de me faire entendre. Mon probleme n'est toujours pas réglé, je dois prendre rdv avec un avocat.

Acquistato volo Roma - Abu Dhabi per febbraio. Solo casualmente, senza che mi fosse inviata comunicazione, vengo a scoprire che i voli saranno operati da tale Wamos Air! È uno scherzo vero?!??? Ladri, siete una VERGOGNA!

"worst customer service ever, plastic mails like a chatbot, i am silver member"
After they had a couple of affordable fares from europe to asia i became a silver member of Etihad. Things seemed to be looking up. Usually good fares, sometimes not the cheapest but still among the cheaper, good connections. Although service aboard usually grumpy and food just fair, all seemed ok. Silver member services on the ground were nice with abundant food and drinks in Abu Dhabi. Then again you can also avail that from other airlines when you pay a little extra but still. Until this year everything went down. Fares are not competitive anymore and a few times that I had to ask things to the online customer service that is downright terrible. On the phone as well as in the email people just keep repeating standard texts and are rude or avoid to answer anything at all. Now I have been busy for almost 3 months to process miles from their partner company. All evidence was already handed over 3 months ago but they just keep repeating standard text emails about, please be informed that bla bla bla. terrible. they must think their customers are stupid. Stay away from this airline unless you have no choice. There are much better deals and services around especially if the fares are no longer competitive.

This is a Scam company. Free hotel stopovers in Abu Dhabi are a fake - based on „“availability“ - it is just not available in 99% of the cases. Extremely unethical and fooling the consumer. You are fired Etihad.

Hvis du skal flyve og har et andet valg, så tag ikke Ethiad, da det er et af de værste af de 116 flyselskaber jeg har fløjet med.
Personalet er uforskammede og arrogante.
Flyet var så ekstremt pakket og med næsten ingen plads, så selv et lavprisselskab er bedre
Man skal betale for at vælge sæde, selv under check in.Hvad endnu værre er, at når man har betalt, er man ikke engang sikker på at få sædet, da de blot flytter en.
De sætter ikke rejsende, der er sammen, ved siden af hinanden.
De tillader passagerer at medbringe ildelugtende mad.
De boarder tidligt, men kommer for sent af sted, så man sidder i flyet og venter en time inden afgang.De er 55 minutter forsinket med boarding uden nogen form for information.
Efter vi har booket aflyser de flyvningen, så vi kommer en dag senere hjem
Samt en mængde mindre ting, der ikke fungerer hos Ethiad, dels i deres procedurer og dels i kabinen

"Avoid, Non Existent Customer Service "
I would give this airline a negative star if possible. Flight was delayed from Mumbai to Heathrow by 2 hours initially. But then all of a sudden changed to 7 hours. Zero communication from any of the staff and travelling with young children does not make it easier. Was at Mumbai airport for over 10 hours and when asked to use the lounge was refused by incompetent, careless staff.
Have raised a complaint via customer services on 14th November and spoke to somebody called Samira who stated I will get an email in the next few days about the next steps on how to claim compensation. Was also given a case number.

"Awful customer service"
Awful! Worst airline I have used. I booked flights for 2 from bangkok to manchester and have had nothing but problems since booking. Etihad have messed up the booking several times and in the end cancelled my flights completley sue to a system error but refuse to refund.
8 months later I am still contacting them daily to be told please allow us 24 hours more.
The company is an absolute joke. The customer service is the worst of any company by far, if you call they just make something up and tell you something to get you off the phone. Usually they lie and say what you want to hear and tell you to wait 45 days. This is just to waste time hoping you will stop trying with them. The online chat just says please allow us 24 hours or our team will be in touch. Awful people!
They do have an office in London
020 3976 0700 there is no wait usually but they just lie to get you off the phone

Havde en super god oplevelse. Det var nemt at booke og jeg var heldig at få en god pris på min billet. Der var absolut ingen problemer whatsoever og crewet var super søde og imødekomne og der var god service. Så alt var helt perfekt ud over at jeg stadig bliver spammet med mails lol
