Do not buy from this company, they do nothing but lies, they are thieves, they take your money and do not send you what you purchased, customer service is abysmal.

"Not happy "

Received Spa- set up really easy. Filled and leaked ever since- no replies to emails online chats, phone calls. Customer service is shocking and £600 down the drain. Do not recommend.

"DONT BUY "

Got the spa 1st week of June used 1/2 times since then pump/heater unit is lacking
So bad we loss 3” of water over night
We sent emails and had no reply and
Left messages on the phone no
Reply we are so disappointed in this company and the way you are treating people who pay you at for for a product we can’t use

Avoid this company / these products at all costs. We purchased the como 6 seater as we thought it looked like a great “compromise” option hot tub. Delivery was delayed, then delayed again, then we discovered the complaints pages on face book (there is a lot, have a look), and with them being uncontactable (literally take a week to respond, and if you send a follow up e-mail, that seems to cancel any previous correspondence), we had had enough, so cancelled the order. This was met again with a, “we’ll get back to you in a week” message. A week later, the tub arrives. Missing half the order, I thought I’d at least have a look at the unit. Turns out the heater unit / spa unit doesn’t even work. Straight out the box it’s done. Trying to return it (you have to do this within 14 days), but it’ll take them longer than that to get back to you, and if you send back without agreement they won’t accept it. Feel like we’ve been scammed. Reported to trading standards and will persue a way to get our money back. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company. Absolutely awful to deal with, and a product that seems untested, with poor life expectancy

"Absolutely awful"

Absolutely awful, The Tahoe Wave Spa failed after 3 months Code E5, on inspection I found the integrated mains heater had electrical cables in a grey unsealed heater unit barely two inches above the water line, why does this matter, because the water liner leaked non stop.

Wave Spa would not honor the warranty, asking for photos of the wall plug socket, nor would B&Q where this was sold from, they dismissed all responsibility

"Disappointing Received my pacific two week ago and…"

Received my pacific two week ago and just been able to set it up, first problem was it wouldn’t inflate but did eventually then noticed there’s no were to put the chorine ? And the 6 seats just aren’t there ? I’ve emailed twice this week and done a chat online but nothing has come back, very disappointing so far

I read the positive reviews and trusted that these guys would be ok. They have been awful. Ordered spa in May for early June delivery, it was marked as dispatched but never showed. They are incredibly difficult to get hold of with automated bot chats and auto generated emails. They couldn’t give a new date for the spa so offered a smaller one for immediate dispatch and a small discount which was fair, but then nothing has arrived, and now no contact at all; impossible. So they still have my money: and I have no date for delivery, no refund to buy an alternative and no means of actually speaking to a human. Hugely dissapointed, saved and promised 2 children and can’t sort out. Have raised with both card company and consumer advice, very sad. Please don’t fall into the same trap.

"Wouldn’t use anyone else!!"

These guys are top class. Helped me out so much with the hot tubs I have received off them. Customer service is always top notch.
Their hot tubs really are worth it.

"Delays and Damaged Spa"

Ordered a Tahoe 6 person Eco Foam Spa on pre order which was due 20th May, no delivery, pushed back to 29th May, no delivery, pushed back to the 10th June, no delivery. Wave Spas fail to communicate any delays on their own and will only respond to messages days later to advise a delay. The Support staff when they do respond are polite and helpful, unfortunately it’s the company they work for that is the problem. The phone number does not get you to a human being.

When the spa eventually arrived 19th June 1 foam panel was damaged and the top cover was stained, it was clear from the contents of the box which included grass that this was not new. After paying nearly £1300 this is unacceptable and I’m still missing accessories.

Wave Spas fail on every level, social media is littered with complaints of little to no communication, damaged or poor quality goods.

Order #W111701 incase the owners of this business would like to resolve my issue before I take this further.
