I ordered their hot tub chemical starter kit online and paid for Hermes delivery in 1-3 days. It’s now a week later and despite trying to contact Wave through email and numerous times by phone I have had no response. The customer support is non existent, I would stay well clear if you are considering making a purchase.

We having an issue with the heating unit that is under warranty still-E5 code and we can't get any response via email, call back or a chat since 31.05.24 despite multiple attempts.
Edit 1* yes, I have been contacted by your team and informed that you no longer use the customers services email that is still on your website and also that the warranty I registered last autumn (still valid) is no longer known to your system as you don't use CASE any longer. I wasn't aware of any of these as no contact has been made with me when the change happened. Luckly I had the emails with original receipt I sent to you previously and forwarded those to your team and waiting for the reply now.
Edit 2: a month has gone now and we are still no further to solve our problem. I keep getting the emails over and over again with trouble shooting advice despite sending a video of proof and also my original receipt. I'm really fuming right now 😤
Edit 3*: finally the spa was sent out 2 weeks ago for the repair after issuing a video of the problem and replaced ment to be sent out straight away but still haven't heard anything 😕 I specifically requested the date as was needed for birthday celebrations last week but had no response...
Edit 4*: last week day after my previous we received an email with apologies stating that there has been a system error and we were informed that the replacement unit will be sent out to us straight away, which it was. However, the repaired unit we received was in a worse condition than the one we returned and after sending the picture to wave it was deemed not to be safe to use so currently awaiting an e-mail with a courier label to return it to wave again 😭 its a week today and still waiting....
Edit 3: 3 weeks gone by and we still haven't received the email with dpd details for courier collection or received a new unit!

"Wave Atlantic Inflatable Hot Tub Nightmare …"
Bought my hot tub on May 8th and waited a week for tracking info and when I reached out I was told there was a glitch in their system and that they would release my order right away. This went on for a couple more weeks and my Wave Atlantic Inflatable hot tub finally arrived on May 27th, set it up on June 1st and the unit won’t heat up over 79 degrees. I tried contacting customer service leaving 3 messages and sent 4 messages through their chat bot online and literally sent 10 messages through Facebook messenger and still haven’t received any feedback.

"Will I or won’t I get my hot tub"
I pre ordered a hot tub, due for delivery this week. By Tuesday I hadn’t received any tracking/delivery information so looked at reviews. The reviews suggested that they currently have a massive problem meeting their orders. Obviously being concerned I have emailed and rung the company many times to find out what is happening with my order. As many people have stated they don’t get any reply.
Hot tubs are not cheap and if I don’t receive mine this week I will be asking for my money back. I will also report to trading standards.
This should have been an enjoyable experience!

"Missing Part and unable to resolve with company"
I inflated my hot tub for the first time and noticed that a stopper inside at the bottom of the tub is missing. Therefore the tub is unable to retain water and not able to use the product. I have tried to contact Wave Spas since Monday 03.06.2024 numerous times throughout the week, leaving voice messages for call back, using the live chat where apparently you get a quicker response (that's a joke), I have emailed and used the chat in messenger aswell.

We’ve really enjoyed our spa for nearly a year now. Unfortunately the heating element has failed and I’ve tried several times to contact the company but they just never respond! I’ve tried email, text, live chat, FB, telephone & messenger! All to no avail. All I can say about this company is that it’s fine till it goes wrong & then you are left with a useless inflated tub in your garden! A total waste of £500! Do not buy from this company! They do not respect your consumer rights & your warranty is worth nothing coz they just ignore you.
There are FB groups set up with hundreds of people all saying the same thing! I only wish I’d seen these before buying from this unprofessional company.

I purchased a wave hot tub, after 2 x usage the unit displayed a fault. I changed filters etc. Reverted to Wave as item was in warranty (3 months after purchase), they requested I send videos of the fault (at the time it was Dec and -3 degrees outside). They ignore emails, do not adhere to warranty and provide faulty goods!

Great purchase. Love our WaveSpa. Its a fantastic piece of kit which has been a fabulous buy. So simple to set up and run. Much much better than our old inflatable hot tub. Really enjoying it. Heartily recommend.
